Good products and delivery.

OMG a fly repellent that REALLY WORKS and does not have DEET in it. I look after my daughter's grey cob and he has always had flies attracted to him but this year they have driven him mad. Citronella does absolutely nothing for him. Went shopping as daughters wedding in 2 weeks and the horse is part of the day so I had to find something that worked bearing in mind his sensitive skin. This was the only spray that fitted the brief.
Though I would try this one BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT stuff . Not a fly on the horse with the added benefit of girl family power when I then looked at website. Rock it ladies.

Absolutely love the bite back products. Its the only fly product that works on my horse. Every year she rubs her mane and tail out, but this year since using the bite back sweet itch relief, she still has her mane and tail.

And the award for Best Customer Service goes to….. @biteback_products 🏆 🥇. I had a minor issue with a product from Biteback which I had used on my young Friesian, and emailed them for some advice. I received an excellent and very swift reply from Fiona Shaw, with advice, information, and an offer to refund me for the original product, and to send me an alternative product that would be more suitable. This new product was dispatched and arrived with me within 24 hours, free of charge. This is top quality customer service, a fantastic response from a company who really does have the best interest of the horse at heart. I am extremely grateful to Fiona, it’s rare to find such good service these days! Just to add, whilst I was incredibly touched at the offer of a refund for the original product, I declined, as there was nothing wrong with the product, I just have a sensitive baby horse, and I didn’t think it fair for the company to foot the bill for something that I can still use on my older Friesian.

Love these products. I have a young mare with the worst sweet itch I have ever seen. Last year we were just playing catch up by treating after it had developed. This year, with daily use of Biteback products from early spring, we were able to prevent the problem from developing. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed as the hot weather hasn't yet arrived, but neither has the sweetitch. She looks great and we have been able to start training her. Thank you Biteback!
