Do not use BLABLABUS
First, the departure time of the bus was changed,so we had to cancel our connection and get an Uber to make it to the bus on time.
Second, we were notified the bus would be 100 minutes late.
Third, the bus did not arrive
Fourth, we had to buy another ticket for the next bus as they would not accept our original ticket
And BLABLABUS REFUSED TO REFUND THE FIRST TICKET AND OFFERED A 7 EURO VOUCHER (25% of our fare) WHICH WE WILL NEVER USE AS WE WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!;
AVOID: bus location changed without mention online!!!
The bus from Antwerp to Luxembourg departed from an other location than was on the ticket, AND THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE EXCEPT AT THE BUS STOP. I had to run to catch the bus at the replacement terminal a kilometer away, and I just caught it.

It’s not as bad as i thought
Hai i just wanted to come here and maybe make you guys feel a little better. I took the blablacar bus to Switzerland from Brussel-midi and i also took it on the way back, in my experience its wasn't so bad as i thought it would be judging from the reviews. We could track our bus and it was half an hour late but we where only 10 minutes later in zurich than was planned. The first bus was a little older so there where some problems with the seats but besides that very friendly people. It was a little unfortunate that we only had 1 stop om the entire 8hours but there was a toilet on the bus that was in relative good state i would advise you to pack some tissues sinds the toilet paper is very thin and almost always gone.
In the way back was the bus a little newer so no issues with the seats here!
Overall a plasent experience and i would recommend if you wanne travel cheap.

First service worker a woman puts the phone down after I tell I was exactly where the bus should be-Antwerp p+r luchtbal- while I had been waiting there one hour !!! I had a cancellation insurance and this didn’t matter. I just got told I missed the bus and didn’t get a refund. There were no passengers waiting anywhere and no bus came !!
A complete shameless act of the coworker with a person doing everything he should to get his bus to Spain.
I had to buy my own ticket to Paris 34€ to be just in time fir the connection.
The second coworker just gave me the same explanation but this man was more professional nonetheless just as unhelpful for my case.

Literally the bus left more than 15 people waiting in the cold at night, no bus arrived, they sent an email 15 minutes before departure about the cancelation of the trip. no money were refunded, they act like nothing happened. they get you in deep trouble and rob your money. stay away from this company.

I forgot my small valise in the trunk of the bus as I am used to travel light. Five minutes after the bus have left the station I had already made the claim that it's lost via email. An hour later, I contacted the number on my ticket which was unhelpful and rude and told me to just do the claim. After two weeks of sending them emails and ongoing searches they tell me that my bag was not found ! How? It just vanished into thin air? or the driver threw it away to avoid responsibility? or the driver took because the lost&found service is incompetent? I know a passenger wouldn't steal from the trunk of the bus as every stop passengers come and go and no one dares to take another's bag. How can I escalate this!!!!

They dont have any specfic bus station or platform number in sete rois they just rendomly wait for customer on streets and it is all about your luck if you can find the bus you can board otherwise they will leave and go. After that you dont have any options to contact any place. they dont share nothing. there is one french contact number only for emergy calls and if you try to call that number it is about your luck that will pick it or not.

Does not even deserve a single star. From Karlsruhe to Frankfurt airport: Total delay was 1 hour with total journey of 2 hours. Almost missed the flight. Even indian buses are punctual than this. No refund, just useless voucher.

How is this company even legal. I’ve done a lot of traveling in my life, but this company is the lowest. Withdraw money, and don’t send ticket. No costumer service. Unprofessional driver, who had absolutely no intention of helping us. Lucky you are aloud to drink beer in public outside the airport in geneve, since we will be spending our day here.

Delayed our bus for 2.5 hours
Our bus was delayed by 2 hours. Had to frantically find a new way from Luxembourg to Brussels super last minute. Almost causing us to miss our flight. Never ever take this service, waste of time and money
Time consuming scam
It looks like a decent company from the outside but it is unfortunately geared towards extracting money rather than delivering a service. Booking was modified from 14:30 to 19:00 with no reason or option to decline. Out of 40€ they kept 20€ for admin. The 20€ left despite asking for a refund were turned into a voucher. If it was not digital, I’d happily chuck it down the toilet.
We’ll file a claim, but it’s just such a pain.
Last time I tried to use this company the bus never came, it seems they haven’t improved since then, it was in 2021…

Bus was 1 Half hours Late when it arrived it was a mini bus with seats not a coach, the 2 drivers were rude didn't even apologize for being late.
We were going from Lille to London, it was so cramped I sat with my carry on bag in my lap no toilet in sight.
I usually use Flexibus this will be my last ride with Bla Bla not a good experience.
The whole bus smells of urin
The toilet in the bus to Paris was broken, so the bus smelled like urin for five hours straight. The bus driver says he knew, but apparently he didn’t want to do anything about it.

I want to share a very disappointing experience in hope others dont fall in the same trap as me, as security standards are much higher where I am from (Canada).
I took a bus from Bordeaux (Fr) to Bilbao (Spain) with blablabus.
The price seemed right but your luggage can’t be in security with them. The driver insisted I would put my luggage in the luggage hold under the bus, even though I told him I had precious items inside it. Unfortunately, my luggage was not there anymore at the end of my trip.
At the end of the trip, the driver was not even the same as when I entered the bus and the new driver absolutely did not care about my situation.
Because of the many stops between Bordeaux et Bilbao, and that the driver opened BOTH doors on EACH SIDE of the luggage hold at each stop, someone probably took the opportunity to take my bag and everything I had inside it. It seems like they don’t value their customers because there is obvious failures in their security, this could be easily avoidable by opening only one door.
Horrible Experience from Vienna to Munich with BlaBlaBus – Never Again!
I recently traveled from Vienna to Munich with BlaBlaBus, and it was, without a doubt, the WORST travel experience I've ever had. I don't normally write reviews, but this experience was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others.
First, the bus arrived 90 minutes late for the pickup in Vienna after starting from Budapest. No explanation, no apologies, and absolutely no effort to make up for the delay. When we finally boarded, we were met with drivers who spoke only one language – which I believe was Hungarian – and they were not only rude but also borderline racist.
We were all given seat numbers, but no one followed them. When new passengers boarded and asked about their seats, the drivers literally dismissed them and told them to find seats on their own. There was no organization, no assistance, just chaos.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the air conditioning didn’t work for most of the journey. People from the back had to come forward multiple times to ask for the AC to be turned on. The onboard toilet was another nightmare – it was overflowing, filthy, and unusable. There was urine on the floor, and the toilet seat was disgusting. My wife had to endure this horror, and it’s completely unacceptable.
To top it all off, the bus arrived nearly 2 hours late in Munich. Instead of taking us directly to the bus stop, the drivers took a detour, de-boarded the bus, and new drivers got on to continue the journey. This added unnecessary time and frustration to an already miserable trip.
I don’t expect much from European customer service, but this was beyond the pale. All four of the drivers were at least 60-65 years old, and frankly, their behavior was reflective of outdated attitudes that have no place in today's world. If BlaBlaBus expects to compete in the modern market, they need to retrain their staff and start treating their customers with basic respect and decency.
Lastly, as per EU law, if a bus is late, compensation should be offered. But of course, nothing of the sort was mentioned.
Avoid BlaBlaBus at all costs – you’re better off walking to your destination than subjecting yourself to this kind of treatment!

I placed booking on 22/04/24 from Paris to Barcelona on 8 of August. And booked all accommodations per my planed schedule in Barcelona.
I was informed on 02/08/24 they modified the bus from 8/08 to 09/08.
Per their cancellation policy, I can't have any refunds only their voucher after they deduct nearly 50% fees.
And no service contact provided only emergency contact.

He wasn’t listening to me explaining n after we continued to argue about it, he got super angry and wanna hit my phone as I was tried to collect picture evidence. I got a frd whose gf was riding the bus and she overheard the driver claimed that he gonna fight w passengers when then next stop hits. Anyway too much to unfold. Negative 10

The driver got lost a couple of times, adding some 45 minutes to the journey. The power outlet above my seat did not work. I do not think I will book again. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean.
This company is just SCAM
This company is just SCAM! I booked a bus ride via their application. The ride was not announced on the screens of the bus station and of course never showed up.
I contacted the so called support team. Provided them with all proves: taxi receipt (to prove that I was on time at the pick up point), picture of the screen from the bus station (to prove that the ride was not there), another ticket I had to buy from another service peovider.
I was constantly reminding them. More than in 1 month they responded that the bus was delayed and I was informed about that. Although I was not. I bought a ticket at 23.05 (there was nothing about the bus delay in the app). The bus had to leave the bus station at 23.30. Within those 25 minutes no one contacted me!!!
They refused to return the money.
This is what scammers and thieves do!
Shame on you!!!
One more thing - their support doesn't have any SLAs or deadlines or commitments to solve your issue. So when you contact them be aware that the resolution might take the entire life!
