Biggest mistake

We had the Lisbon-Madrid bus trip scheduled for 11:30 pm. At 00:45, after 1:15h without any information on where the bus was, we received an email informing us that our trip had been cancelled, without any explanation and without any type of alternative. We had to book another trip, just for the following morning (with another company). I've been trying to request a refund for a few days without any success. Avoid this company at all costs, I do not recommend it

Blablabus is not a reliable company

Blablabus is not a reliable company when it comes to punctuality. My last bus was delayed by 49 minutes, causing me to miss my next connection. This is not the first time their buses have been late. Sometimes the delays have been around 30 minutes, and other times more than an hour. This repeated issue has made me lose trust in their services, and I would not recommend Blablabus to anyone who needs to adhere to a strict schedule.

Avoid

Two selections trips. 1st trip the journey gets delayed to the next day. I didn’t even get an email. Second trip, driver decided to take a 30 minute break, 20 minutes from our destination.

Is the worst company ever, in the first trip they simply didnt showed up, when i cancelled the others because of this one that messed up all my trip they refused to return my money. Im really disappointed

Geneva to Courmayeur and return

Geneva to Courmayeur and return. Outgoing left on time but after many delays en route arrived 20 minutes late. Not too bad.
Return journey was nearly 2 hours late at pick up with only one message which was sent AFTER it was already late saying 50 minutes late. Made up time but still arrived 50 minutes late at destination. Very stressful and almost missed my flight.
I will not use them again.

Unreliable

The bus itself was comfortable and there was enough leg room but they changed my bus time to four hours later on the day. This and delayed arrival to our destination meant I missed my Eurostar which I would have had 6 hours to catch had the first bus gone on time. They offered no compensation or refund for this. Don’t recommend if you need to be somewhere for a specific time.

Avoid at all cost

Terrible experience! Never again! Poor customer service! Travel with Flixbus if you can. The app is completely useless. I had two buses (operated by Blabla) with a layover. Of course, the first bus was late, so I missed the second. Blablabus only refunded PARTIALLY the new ticket that I had to buy. The bus driver of the 1st bus was a complete idiot as well, pretending not to understand the problem.

Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely rubbish. They say on their website they have WIFI, NO THEY DON'T!!! The bus was delayed by 2.5 hours! No explanation from the driver! No water to wash hands in the toilet.

We booked two seats on Bla Bla bus from Geneva Airport to Sallanche. The bus was supposed to be leaving at 14.20 and it never turned up. No email or text was received, so myself, my partner and two other passengers were left high and dry. This is the second time we’ve been left waiting with Bla Bla and it’s not going to happen again. A very poor run business .

They have a trick

They have a trick. The bus is always late, and the email.notification comes AFTER the departure time. The first time Amsterdam to London it said "60 minutes selay" that turned out to be 150 minutes. The second time London to Amsterdam a week later it said "the bus had an accident".

Cancelled bus with no warning and no support or compensation given

I had an awful experience with BlaBlaBus travelling from TERAMO to LYON. I was meant to be travelling back after New year (2nd Jan) only to find that the bus had been cancelled with no prior notification or explaination. It was only after we contacted blablabus as the bus was late that they sent a cancellation email...

I was shocked to hear that someone else waiting for the same bus had had the bus the day before cancelled and been asked to come back the next day only to find this bus hadn't turned up either!!

We were given no support for an alternative journey (other than to come back 24hrs later for another bus which, following this experience probably didn't turn up either) and ended up having to book another bus company at our own expense. Given that a same day bus ticket was much more expensive, a day of work was missed and a day added to our journey times, I find the lack of support and compensation unacceptable.

I definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be travelling with BlaBlaBus again

Its a complete con.
My wife booked a coach from London to Calais, paid, and was sent a ticket. There are no details of a ferry, the ticket was only for a bus to dover.

Did the job.

Bus arrived on time for trip to and from Paris. Did the job. First bus was really dirty and both busses didn’t have charging ports.

Took the bus 2 times

Took the bus 2 times, the 2 times it was late.The second time it was late almost 2 hours. Both ways the driver stopped for no reason, didnt give any explanation about it, delaying even more the trip.

Irresponsible company

This was a journey from hell. Expected to arrive at London Victoria Coach station at 19.30 on Thursday, coach arrived on Friday 3.45 am. Coach station closed left us in dark street, no transport. Had no option but to take cab home. Since then company blandly refuses to reimburse cost of taxi. I want to go further for lack of duty of care. Would like anyone on same coach to get in touch. Passengers missed connections and had to buy new tickets,, other passengers like me.

I should have read the reviews before I bought the ticket from London to Paris .They cancelled my bus and rebooked me to a bus that was not suitable for me.I called them in France as there customer care is not in the Uk.After along wait I was told they could not rebook me to a later bus on the same day because it was cancelled as well and the system had not been updated.I called the next day got another agent who said I would need to pay for a new ticket to get the later bus I was surprised upon there instructions I can rebook fee of charge.When I questioned this they either hang up or put me on mute.I must say that customer service is 0 rude and no customer care skills.unbelivable
