Bus was an hour late with no communication so we were just stuck on the side of the road at midnight with no idea if the bus was actually coming. When they finally turned up the drivers were extremely rude and said we were not allowed to ask any questions when all we were trying to find out was if the bus was going to end up being on time due to a plane we had to catch. They had the toilets locked the entire 14 hour journey and wouldn’t open them when asked which was awful considering it was meant to be a 12 hour journey. We arrived at our destination almost 3 hours late and missed our flight. Driver kept stopping, not sure why an 8 hour journey took 14 hours, incredibly awful experience.

I took the local route 83 bus from Megeve to Sallanches Gare. This is meant to connect with Blablabus. The bus was late but parked alongside Blablabus which left without waiting even a few seconds. Thanks Blablabus.

No toilet on the bus, no toilet stops on the 4 hours trip. Very arrogant and unpleasant driver. She was rude to me when I tried to go to the wc on one of the stops and she made a scene the bus is leaving in front of me just to humiliate me in the eyes of other passengers… I explained though that I have medical conditions, asked if she could wait for 2 mins as it’s really important, she didn’t reply nor she didn’t apologize…just said « we are already late » 09.03.2023 Route Lyon-Chamonix. (11:00-14:45) I would ask you to train your personnel better as they are supposed (in my perception) to at least have some degree of politeness.

My bus was supposed to arrive to Paris this morning at 8 am . It is 9.30 now and driver taking his break 45 mins at the airport which is ridicilous.

When we stopped at Dover we already waited nearly 2 hours there and also almost another 2 hours on the ferry. So how come he didn't use his break and using it now ? God knows what time he will arrive to Bercy ! Big shame . Will not use blablabus again.

My Mum was supposed to get the coach from Turin to Paris (she hates flying). Bus: 4762. Bus booked with BlaBlaBus
Didn't turn up. She got a confirmation email on the day of travel, booked 1 month before. Do not use these crooks! When I booked I booked through the Eurolines website.

Awful!! My bus have been deleted 4 hours before departure and another one have been offered 6h hours later!!! Moreover, no refund are possible, only voucher and they also take administration fees! What a joke

Awful bus, late, which may not be there fault but no easy updates. I paid extra online for a front seat, but the driver would not let me sit there (or anyone). No good at all for travel sick folk. Driver rude. Customer service line bad, selected English, they pretended not to speak English on realising it would be a complaint.

First you pay 3€ extra for a confort seat, and you don't have access to it because the drivers are using those seats for their bags instead of putting them under.
then the drivers don't care about you sleeping a put loud music.
10 minutes break for a 5h drive!!!! W T F ???

We are still waiting at Marseille for the Bus to Barcelona Number 3181, which should depart at 22.50 after 5 hours, it’s now 4 AM and Service Team at Phone just tells us bus will come. There are no more informations. They also have no English Service Team although I choosed to speak to whom is able to speak English and then the guy were telling me he can’t speak english and suddenly he could just say "bus will come". He also does not want to tell his name and did not introduce himself. There are no more informations in the Mails, when the bus will come and also they didn’t offer us anything to compensate for the circumstances. We, especially the woman do not feel safe at this place. Some have to sleep outside on bottom like Homeless people because they couldn’t wait anymore.

This so called blabla car/bus Company is a SCAM!!!.After you have paid and your card is debited you are on your own.For a complaint, nowhere to go and no proper communication means of reaching them.All their phone numbers are unreasonable.Its very frustrating patronising this company,this company is fraud and headache please step far from it......BAD LUCK!!!

The diver is definitely and incompetent and useless person. It took him more than 20 minutes to make us boarding. No idea if we should first check in and board the luggages afterward (or the other way around). Neither speak proper French nor English. We arrived 30 minutes late and the driver stopped to an autogrill to buy himself food.

Worst organization ever. Bus didn't show up. Changed address last minute without informing everyone. (4 people) Refuses to refund money... Disappointed, never going to use the app again
