Great customer service
Had a problem with a delivery (fault of the third party delivery company) and emailed them about it. I got a prompt response and a replacement sent out immediately and am really pleased at the quick response and professional way this was handled

The majority of our customers find them true to size; however, we understand there will be slight variations in shoe size, which is why we offer a 45-day returns policy and free exchange to encourage customers to try on their shoes before removing the tags and using them outdoors. For future reference, we have a size chart on the site that shows where to measure the foot for the most accurate and comfortable fit.

Trainers worth the price
Just received some trainer from black hammer and tona surprise for 36 pounds they are really comfortable, great quality and true to size , I've worn Adidas trainers mainly and these definitely outbeat adidas in my mind

Quick, easy and super friendly
Had an issue with Amazon sending me old stock of a certain shoe I liked, I reached out to black hammer about this and they let me know it was definitely old stock and that if I ordered on their site that it would be correct. They also put on next day delivery for me which was unexpected and super nice of them.
