Fraud organization!!!!!!!!!

Bought subscriptions for friend in DECEMBER 24. Only have got order number from emeil adress no reply. As for March never recived magazines or more letter.
On web NO contact details, NO possibility to reach them out. Fraud organization!!!!!!!!!
I tried to talk directly to customer sevice from magazine. They confirm that nevre recived this order also. I paid money for nothing and was ashamed in stand of freind. Because it was a present.
