Great quality, pricing and customer service
I purchased multiple window coverings from Blindster and had a great experience. I ended up having to reorder multiple blinds because apparently I don’t know how to use a tape measure. Madi S. walked me through the process and was able to get the right size shades to me. The process was quick, and the blinds look amazing!

Good quality blinds at a great price
Good quality blinds at a great price. Beat the local stores by hundreds of dollars. Followed the measurement directions and everything fit our windows as they should. Everything was shipped on time and well packaged.

Poor customer service
I ordered three blinds and it took a month and a half to get them and they were not what I was expecting when I called to see if I could get them fixed. I was told since they were custom that there was no chance of getting any alterations made
Very disappointing would not advise using this product

Designer product for a good price
New shades came out perfect. They match the look I've seen from designers on social media, but the links the designers share are always so expensive. Glad I found this company because i got what seems like the same exact product but just for an actually reasonable price. It looks great in my living room and was easy to do myself.

Easy to use website for ordering, great selection and really competitive pricing. I ordered 5 blinds. One of them arrived slightly bent at the top (shipping damage likely). I emailed them - very quick response. Sent a picture and they replaced it immediately. Awesome customer service!
