Blinkist customer service vs Apple incompetence
I came across an ad for Blinkist, there was no free trial offered, I was interested, so I signed up and it didn't take long to find out that I will simply not have the time to take advantage of this program. I cancelled my subscription the same day through Apple and requested a refund but they told me that my purchase was not eligible for refund. I contacted Blinkist directly and was told that they couldn’t refund purchases made through Apple, I should contact them directly. That’s easier said than done, I had no chance getting through to anyone there. I wrote back to Blinkist if they had any further suggestions and the agent, Widy was so kind, helpful and sympathetic to my issue that I decided to keep my subscription for the year and make a point of getting a good use out of it.
After the complete incompetence of Apple customer service and in the increasing world of AI it doesn’t happen very often that I meet with customer service and care of this level. Widy is a true asset to her company and even more so to its customers. I truly appreciated her care, understanding and kind words.

Good product, good customer service
Overall, the product is good and easy to listen to. But for me, I just didn't use it enough becuase in my free time, I rather listen to fiction than non-fiction.
