⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – Great Content and Even Better Customer Support

I signed up for Blinkist at $139.99 for the year and shortly after saw an in-app offer for $79.99 for the first year. I emailed support expecting a long back-and-forth, but they refunded me $70 the same day. That alone impressed me.

As for the actual product — I listened to about an hour of Blinkist right after signing up, focusing on AI topics, and it was fantastic. The summaries were clear, easy to follow, and gave me a great high-level understanding of the history of AI, major companies and players, foundational concepts, and how AI is developing in the U.S. and China. It felt like a crash course without being overwhelming.

I honestly feel like I already got my money’s worth in the first night. I love that I can listen on the go — in my car, on my phone, or at night — and still feel like I’m learning something meaningful. I plan on making this a daily habit because it’s an easy way to grow, stay informed, and use my time better.

The technical support is outstanding. I initially had a log in issue, it got resolved quickly, but they have since followed up three times to make sure there are no mor issues.

It boils down to the fact that people understand my issue and worked with me tirelessly until it was resolved, even though I did not have all of the supporting documentation that would have made their work much easier. I experienced a kindness and understated professionalism that is sadly lacking in many businesses today.

Very efficient, and very kind. To highlight as very positive point is that I didn't have to explain again the issue when they transferred me to another department. Used to happen in other companies and it is...well! Not efficient.

I have received first class customer service from Talida. I made a mistake when signing up my husband for a Christmas present - I used a non existent email so didn’t receive any emails or links to activate the account, made more confusing because I did so from my email address. All my fault, and complicated to pick apart. Talida guided me through the whole process, my lack of tech knowledge was no problem to her. We now have an active account and a very happy husband - who has told me that this is the best present I’ve bought him in 32 years of marriage!

They were smooth at supporting the subscription cancellation.
