The product I ordered was at a good price and shipped quick

Ordered their total kitchen for our rv. It has everything we will need and if it gets ruined it will not be a great loss. Quality is just okay but I didn’t expect high quality for such a low price. It would work great for college dorm or first apartment. Will keep my eye in Blinq.

I love the process and the product, however, I was unaware that the item I was buying was an open box product.

Tori is perfect Customer Service, but the iPhone I purchased was not unlocked as described, so I am attempting to get it unlocked, and still have not used the iPhone.

My order took a while to get here and only the glass top was sent and i reach them they said they will refund my money if i send the glass back to them i said i m interested buying it send me the complete delivery because i didn't receive the cabinet only glass i received and they said sorry we don't have it in stock seriously why did you sell something online when you don't have it waste my time and they are not refund until you go so much pain refund them what i get from them nothing just wasting my time

In the past I’ve ordered from Blinq with no problems. I’ve ordered like new/open box and refurbished Laptops, chromebooks, and airpods.

Recently, I ordered a refurbished laptop, but when it arrived it had an administrator account already logged in and the web browser was logged into a student’s canvas account. I ended up wiping the computer myself to be sure. Other than that, so far the computer works as expected and was shipped faster than expected.

On another order, I was sent the wrong laptop charger but they sent me a credit to purchase the correct one. And responded to my email fairly quickly.

I referred Blinq to my mom who ended up receiving a defective pair of like new/open box airpods, so it can be hit or miss sometimes.

Bottom line:
I’ve found some phenomenal deals, some up to 60%, and their returns are hassle free so I’ll continue to give them a shot.

Great prices, fast delivery

An electronic item was purchased for me on Blinq. It was advertised as new. The box seemed new when I received it. However, I quickly learned after a few uses that the battery (not replaceable) was near the end of its life. I contacted the manufacturer, which showed an original purchase date of the item as over a year old and out of warranty. I then contacted blinq. Blinq refused to do anything about it because the purchase date from Blinq was greater than 30 days ago (most of those days it was in the mail or sitting at my family members house until my birthday). Key thing here is their advertising the product as new. DO NOT TRUST BLINQ WITH THEIR BUSINESS MODEL.

Need this item on or before 8/12 or after 8/18. This information was verified in a saved chat with Tori who is probably a computer and worthless.
This item will be delivered while I am gone and will probably be stolen. If I hear one more COVID excuse I will scream. If you want an item, Blinq is not dependable.

Blinq is cheating. The description says "Like New", but you get a used item with signs of wear. Don't waste your time or money.

Update: Ok, they refunded this purchase and the next item I've bought there was really in the "open box, like new" condition. Be careful and check the purchases items.
