When you receive and try to exchange for the right product, they simply say you don't have it in stock. It is a big waste of time and lack of respect for the customer. They are dishonest.
I was worried that the product would be damaged or been reconditioned. It arrived super fast and was in perfect condition and the price was amazing! So Happy! Thank you 🙏
My experience was great. I got a great price, it was delivered sooner than expected and it was exactly as advertised and just what I needed.
Sent wrong item. Seems they do this often. Be ware you'll get what you want but a different color version or with crappier specs.
Good value, the color didn’t work out for me but it was a simple and easy return process.
Bought a HP 24" 3.1 GHz computer with 8mb RAM. They delivered to me an HP 22" 2.6 GHz with 4mb RAM. It took me a little over two months to discover that they had sent me the wrong product, a far inferior computer. But when I did, and called them, they said sorry, its been past 60 days (BLING has a 60 day money back guarantee). I said that its irrelevant, Im not returning the product because Im unsatisfied with it, Im returning it because you sent me the wrong product. I asked if they would at least allow me to return the inferior computer that they delivered in exchange for the correct computer. They said nope, its been past 60 days. As if there's a time limit on incorrect delivery.
Had it really been an innocent mistake, I would have expected the company to rectify the situation by allowing me to exchange my computer for the correct product that I had originally ordered and been charged for. But it wasnt an innocent mistake, this company has a business model of delivering products that are slightly inferior to the one ordered, and then hoping that the customers wont notice within the return period.
I bought a Lenovo chromebook for $600. My first Blinq purchase and I was a little nervous. But, that model was out of production and impossible to find. The laptop arrived within a week. Very nicely packaged. There was a minor blemish on the outside which was not mentioned but I didn't care about and otherwise, it was perfect. Turns out there is 7 months on the original warranty and I was able to buy a 2 year extension for $40. I am one very happy Blinq customer.

This was great when first started It is nothing now. Pages of items r misplaced. I search an dog item and got clothes item. It a mess. Very sad. Use to go on all the time

I ordered a Vanity Bench which came in a huge box 18 X 20 X 29 and 17lbs.
I worked putting it together and i had a defective piece so I had to return. They sent me a return label.....but I had to get it to a nearby UPS DROP OFF. OR PAY THE $12.00 TO ups for home pick up.... am 65 just had a back procedure and no way this box would even fit in my car besides I can not lift It. Blinq would not pay for the home pick up. Needless to say, I will no longer buy from them! Poor customer service...nothing is mentioned about not paying for home pick up....there item they mailed me was defective!!
