Wrong order

The arrangement they delivered to my Mom for christmas was nothing like what I ordered. They are not answering my emails or chats about this. Absolute Garbage company.

Flower delivery not as advertised

Firstly I ordered some flowers and it provided me with a calendar to pick delivery date with the dates closest being more expensive for shipping. As I wanted the flowers to be delivered quickly I paid extra for the quickest date which was the next day.
Lunchtime the following day, they notified me that they would not be able to deliver that day and provided me another date which was not the next business day but 2 business days later. It was too late for me to now canxle the order to try another place for delivery. They eventually arrived 3 business days after the original date.
The flowers looked nothing like the photo and were pretty basic. I made a complaint to the company and they replied to say that the flowers were fine and did not address the delivery delay issue at all.
When they notified me of the delay, they included a part in the email about celebrating at a later date. I purchased sympathy flowers and a sympathy card, very insensitive and obviously had not looked at the order at all.
This is terrible customer service in so many ways

I would give them less than a one star…

I would give them less than a one star if I could. Flowers were sent from my daughter for New Years. The flowers were left outside on Dec 30th 2025 and we didn’t see the flowers until Dec 31 2025. They were completely frozen. There was NO knock on the door, N0 doorbell, NO phone call. We were home all day ??
My wife sent pictures as requested , phoned three times starting on the day we received the flowers, it is now Jan 5th 2026 and no one from Bloomex has responded to the emails. Customer service has hung up on my wife two times as she is requesting a full refund for my daughter. Their policy is the flowers are delivered to a person not left outside the door in the middle of the winter? We cannot get a refund only a credit. How is this acceptable for someone to leave flowers outside in the winter? They were ruined through no fault of ours!
I would not recommend nor we will ever order flowers again from Bloomex.

You don't get what you order.

I ordered on Nov 30 for delivery on Dec 28. On Dec 28 I was informed that deliver would be on Dec 30. The Dec 28 date was very important. The delivery was made on Dec 31st. I ordered 24 red roses with a bpttle of red wine and a teddy bear. Received 10 wilted peach colored roses with a half bottle of Asti Spumante ( WTH ) very embarassing. Even the Teddy Bear looked wilted.

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a Christmas basket from Australia for friends in Canada . It was super sized and I paid 128 AUD. My friends sent me a photo of what they received NOTHING like what I ordered. I contacted the HELP desk which promised me that I would receive a call from the Manager. This was 2 weeks ago. As soon as you get on, they say to wait for an agent ---hours and hours each day with no response! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FALSE ADVERTISING OF PRODUCT

This company is a farce

This company is a farce! I ordered 2 sets of arrangements for Christmas and neither looked like the arrangement I picked off their website. The one didn’t even come in a basket like I ordered. I paid over $80 with tax and delivery for an arrangement that was definitely not worth that. Both of the arrangements were supposed to be delivered Dec.19th but then they told me the delivery for Sundridge Ontario couldn’t be delivered until December 23rd because they only delivered there every Tuesday and Thursday. I said that was fine. No problem. They said they would upgrade my arrangement even more (I bought the biggest one available)because of the inconvenience. Side note the “upgrade”was 2 packs of hot chocolate taped to the vase that should have been a basket with flowers I did not order. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered by 8pm. Come 8:15pm I called Bloomex inquiring where the arrangement was. The agent said it was out for delivery and would be delivered any time now. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. I will send u the tracking # to which I thanked her and waited for the tracking # that never came. I continued waiting all day on the 24th until 6pm. I called yet again inquiring as to where the arrangement was I was then told-oh it was delivered elsewhere because we don’t deliver there. I said what are you talking about? U do deliver there and this is nonsense. There is no reason as to why it couldn’t be delivered. The weather was fine and I confirmed they woud deliver there because we already had issues with the original date of Dec.19th. She then said well the recipients will have to go get it fr said place it was dropped off at. By that time said place which was just a variety store was closed until Boxing Day. The arrangement sat there in its packaging from Dec.23-Dec.26 with no water and no care. Come to find out this store was literally around the corner from the home it was supposed to be delivered to. So why wasn’t it delivered? The driver wanted to get home for the holidays and instead of finishing the deliveries they just dropped it off instead of driving to the actual address. That’s why! When I reached out to Bloomex they kept offering me store credits and I told them that I do not want a store credit because why the heck would I trust them with my business ever again. After I made a big stink they did refund my delivery fee prior to me finding out what the arrangement looked like and the fact that it was delivered so close to the recipients address.
They have ceased communicating with me now and just keep saying they value my business but as per their “policy” they can’t refund my pieces though that is NOT what I purchased. Bloomex so far has had horrible customer service and have acted like they couldn’t care less about their customers. I paid for arrangements that I did not receive and were cheaply made that look nothing like what I paid for. I paid for delivery of a product that was not delivered. This is fraud! If you offer something and people pay for that but that’s not what they get then that is fraud! Plain and simple! Bloomex should be ashamed!

Terrible service

They ruined my birthday, didn't deliver the flowers on the right day, and rescheduled the delivery without even asking me, to a day when I wouldn't even be at the hotel anymore.
The Indian guy from customer support lied that he canceled the order, but in reality, he didn't.
It's simply disgraceful.
And they don't return the money.

No quality control

No quality control. Flowers on website not what gets delivered, not even close. They whilted within 24 hours.. I was embarrassed when my friend sent me photos of the pithy arrangement. Never will order again or recommend them . No full refunds credit only but not full credits waste of money. Disgusting. The company doesn't stand behind their quality of work

I received an order from Bloomex

I received an order from Bloomex. A Christmas gift. The flowers were suppose to be blue and white hydrangea, white roses, daisies, and blue carnations. The flowers were basically brown and beige. DEAD. I contacted the customer care. They sent me a replacement. They are worse than the 1st order. I took pictures and sent multiple request for a credit to the visa from the person who ordered the flowers. I am being ignored . I told the care line I still had the box, vase, flower food and flowers . Please pick the order up and they can see for themselves.

Horrible service

Horrible service! Not delivering and not answering the phone. Stay away from this company and don’t give them a chance!

After 4 hrs the flowers weee delivered. The impression is better but still not 100% satisfied.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I made an order on the 23rd, they said they would deliver on the 24th. I paid for 2 dozen roses, they emailed me on the 24th saying they cannot deliver until the 30th. I asked for a refund, they wouldn't and sent the wrong order of flowers that were of lower quality and not 1 red rose. Embarrassing

Karen was extremely helpful online. I had to reorder an arrangement meant for Christmas that never arrived. They gave me full credit. I see the bad reviews and I understand them. I too have had items looking nothing like the picture but they are still beautiful and not dead or dying. Keep improving Bloomex cause I dont want to let you go!!

Ordered a Christmas centrepiece for my father & his partner on Dec 20/25. Website showed same day delivery, however, I chose next day Dec 21/25. Did not receive. Showed delivered Dec 23/25 which is was not true. Contacted through the chat and they said it was delivered. I challenged and said it was not. Magically I received a text message saying it would be delivered today. I told the csr this and she sent a stock message and then would no longer reply. I sent another chat message and again, after looking at my order no response. Tried calling the 1-800 # and waited on line for 20 mins with no response. Done putting in the time. I understand Christmas is a busy season, so update your website to reflect that deliveries may take a while.

Incompetent customer service

They delivered the flowers on the wrong date. Then they tried to tell me they can do nothing cause the flowers already delivered and they wanted to make it see it was my mistake not theirs. Req a supervisor they told me there is no supervisor available.
Never ever will get flowers here again.

Paid for expedited shipping. Received a notification that they changed the delivery date after 5pm on the day that it was to be delivered. Their explanation was that there is just high volume!?!
