Failed to deliver flowers for a funeral service, when I chose the florist I thought they looked 'local', the flowers were supposedly sent from Auckland. Went back to the TOWN hall the next day just in case. Not there, never ever again. Hard to understand. I think I was lied toi as well.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Flowers sent by courier from Auckland to Feilding for mothers day Sunday. Arrived Wednesday dead. Not professional arrangement stalks about 6 inches long with a jam jar as a vase. When contacted they weren't prepared to reimburse or any way or form don't use.

It was delivered as the tiniest thing you've ever seen! I emailed customer care with no reply.
Days later our account had HUNDREDS of dollars taken out from multiple different sites (hello fresh, Uber etc).
Not only dealing with death now, but loss of money and theft too

Disgraceful product, service and support. Do not use this service. A $1 chocolate bar does not excuse a days late delivery of damaged and dead blooms. We didn't order a chocolate bar, we didn't want a chocolate bar. Support service was a collection of very narrowly scripted responses and next to useless. Alround, a terrible experience.

My son purchased flowers for his mother. The flowers were in terrible condition with some brown and wilted. I contacted Bloomex by email asking for replacement or refund for my son but received no reply. I would definitely avoid using Bloomex.

NO STARTS NO STARS- I wish I had read these reviews! What a joke of a company. All you get is automated responses with not even a name at the bottom just... "Bloomex New Zealand's Official Florist Team". Promised same day delivery to Wellington - got an email late that afternoon saying they were being sent from AUCKLAND. Of course late the next afternoon they arrived half dead - how could they not in a NZ Post courier van/truck. Very poor amount of flowers also for what was chosen from website and did not look the same by any stretch of the imagination. Requested several times for a phone call to discuss and that hasn't happened - just hiding behind their keyboards. Give these guys a miss if you are wanting those special flowers for someone cause they won't deliver that's for sure!

I would give a minus review if possible. Total SCAMMERS. Ordered flowers 11/4 - they said they arrived but nothing did. Its now 25/5 still no flowers. What AHoles!!!!!!!!!

SCAMMERS## Also trades under Mels Flowers appearing like a local company, copying their name and logo. Their product all appears legit but it is a scam. Ordered bunch of condolences flowers bouquet with card, around $80 for standard size. What arrived was 1 a small pathetic white half dead rose with trimmings and no card. It was embarrassing. Mortified I requested a refund as I had to purchase another bouquet to make up for that embarrasment. They will not refund even though I took pics clearly showing what I paid for is not the product they supplied. Disgusting. How is this legal???

If I could give this company no stars I absolutely would. Advertise and market same day delivery- it’s not. Flowers arrived a week later, no communication, not able to answer their phone or emails. Luckily the recipient still received them despite having left hospital address. Not a fast , friendly or local supplier as they portray online website.

The box was four times bigger than the flowers which were tied with cord very tightly. My son from London to me for Mother’s Day! Rang them emailed them four times I was as asked for photos and ordered number which I did four times! Disgusting rip off never ever use this website!!

Can’t go lower than one star! Absolutely appalling flowers! $165 spent for Mother’s Day. Arrived with brown petals, brown water and 12 hours later almost all the petals were gone! When I was finally connected they 0800 their Response was send us photos and here’s the delivery fee (which they never sent anyway) … dead flowers, off shore call centre **SCAM**

Never, ever order flowers from Bloomex! My son spent a fortune on flowers for me for Mother's Day from Australia. There was no card and the flowers were less than half the size that was stated on their website. He was so disappointed when I showed him a photo. They also barely lasted a few days. I have sent 3 emails and phoned countless times, but have received no answer to my emails and have never been put through to a manager. Twice have had the phone put down on me. They are an absolute scam!! Does anyone know where they are based on NZ?

SCAMMERS! Frauds! Liers! Their website claimed to deliver fresh stunning flowers from Te Awamutu same day delivery. They arrived a day late (after the event) damaged and not from Te Awamutu! From Auckland which is why they were damaged and old looking. They will do everything they can to not refund you, they will act like have a disputes team who will investigate, they will try and say they can only give a credit.

A bunch of flowers were sent to my father from relatives in Australia they were nothing like the picture and within two days dead absolutely disgusting do not use this company

Arrived late, with about half the amount of flowers as shown in advertisement. Also flowers of lesser quality than pictured as well. False advertising. Contacted customer care and although originally got a response never received any thing further after my reply. Disappointing. Will not use again

This company shouldn't be allowed to be in business. Nothing but a scam. The bouquet I was supposed to receive on Mother's Day didn't turn up until 2 days later and the flowers were half-dead. Also, bore absolutely no resemblance to the deluxe hand-tied "Pretty Petals" bouquet ordered. I got a pitiful number of extremely poor quality flowers held together with a rubber band. Honestly, there are better bouquets available in supermarkets for a fraction of the cost. Please, please do NOT use this company - or NZ Blooms or Mel's Flowers, which are clearly the same company operating under aliases. Don't just take my word for it, read all the other reviews!

I ordered flowers ( deluxe ) that looked just what I wanted as get well gift for close friend. Same day delivery requested & paid for 7 May, they were finally delivered on 11 May only after I chased up courier. Miserable looking selection of flowers in terrible condition. So much for Bloomex claim “ fresh market flowers delivered anywhere in NZ!” Total ripoff🙁Customer 0800 no useless as is their email contact when I requested refund. DON’T USE this company

Delivered on the wrong date. Poor quality delivered. Died the next day. Customer support said photo of dead flowers met their standards. Won’t offer to help. Worst company to order flowers from.

Flowers were delivered to the incorrect address. Box was left at an unattended location (supposedly had flowers in). No sign of the flowers! I have been told that the managers/directors do not take calls from customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The flowers I ordered 3 days before mother's day were ragged and drooping the day they were delivered to my mothers aged rest home. Absolute embarrassment and customer service department kept arguing that they wanted photos, photos then what?, aged people are not in a position to take photos and then send them off in an email. Just send fresh flowers that's all I paid for! NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
