I received a completely damaged product. I sent them an email included the video and request a prepaid return label. They would not provide a prepaid label. Product is not light and will be costly to return - they bank on the fact that it will be expensive to return so you end up having to keep a dameged product and never getting your refund!!

Amazing & unique idea! The bouquet I received was put together beautifully, all stunning bright colours to reflect the cocktail it was inspired by, a gorgeous blend of flowers! And they last very well! I love the unique idea this company has created!

Bloomleys flower delivery is fantastic. The whole process went seamlessly from ordering the lovely bouquet to delivery. I was updated every step of the way. And also received a photo of the delivery person delivering the flowers at my friend’s door. Nice touch. Packaging and flowers were top notch.

I received flowers, cocktail and chocolate and all were amazing! The flowers are absolutely stunning and still going strong after a few days. Would definitely recommend as a fab gift idea or a treT for yourself

I received these flowers for Mother’s Day and not impressed - opened the flat box and the flowers looked half dead, put them in water and perked up a bit - not sure how much my daughter paid for these but hope it wasn’t a lot the bouquet was called monitors twist and was not as full as in the picture that was sent with the flowers and the yellow roses lasted about three days - the rest of the flowers and greenery dried out and I have took them out of the water and they still look quite sweet even though dead. I will not be buying again as I do not think it works sending live flowers in a flat box.

Really quick service. Beautiful flowers and I think it's a great service for using to send family or friends a beautiful gift. Love the cocktail idea and they arrived in great condition. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great gift idea

Not only did Bloomleys deliver lovely flowers fast, but they unravelled the mix up that I made when ordering to get the bouquet to the right address rather than to me! Brilliant service and lovely flowers. Many thanks!

Flowers were not well packaged which meant they were able to move around in the box and were damaged. Email sent and reply was ‘put them in water for 24 hours’! This compounded the poor experience further. Had no such problems with Bloom & Wild ever and send flowers on a monthly basis to a relative. Will not use again
