We placed an order for Mother’s Day flowers. They were delivered nicely packaged and on time on a Sunday and this aspect of the service was very good. The flowers themselves were slightly disappointing. We had opted for a nomaro spritz large. The actual size of the bouquet was the same as a medium sized supermarket bunch that you would usually pay max £15 for. I felt a bit let down by the quality and size of the bouquet. The delivery service was good otherwise.

If you want petrol station quality flowers at a premium price then use this shop. Paid £70 for a very small bunch of flowers half dead and put it this way my wife was not happy with the flowers she got on her birthday.

Today I received an absolutely beautiful bouquet and chocolates from Bloomleys for Mother’s Day from my son. The flowers were so fresh as if I had just purchased them. Even though they were in a box and had travelled with a courier they were packed so carefully they were in perfect condition. Also the chocolates were sooooooooo delicious. I am a self confessed chocoholic , but I have never tasted chocolates like this before. Stunning flowers and scrumptious chocolates what more could a mother ask for? This is the third bouquet I have received from Bloomleys and I must say the quality is outstanding. Highly recommend Bloomleys . I am one happy Mother 🌸🌺🌼

I love being able to write positive reviews, I stumbled across bloomleys while looking at mothers day flowers so I ordered my mum the martini bouquet. They arrived in perfect condition along with a pornstar martini and I have to say they look absolutely beautiful, my mum said they're the nicest flowers she's ever had, a really generous bouquet filled with the most gorgeous vibrant colours. I cant recommend bloomleys high enough and will now on only order flowers from them, they've set the bar really high. What a fantastic experience

I received 12 beautiful red rose blooms for Valentines Day. They were absolutely gorgeous, beautifully presented and lasted ages.
My husband said that they were a delightful company to order from and that they couldn't have been more helpful!
We shall definitely use Bloomleys again.

Really disappointing service, paid £54 for a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, as my partner got them out the box, they were limp and wilting, smelt very old, had the feeling they had been sat in a the box for over a week, really Terrible smell. Customer service really unhelpful - really rude and patronising - will not be using again. Really really disappointed as i work in the Air Force away so it was a surprise for my partner, she is an ITU nurse who has worked incredibly hard during this pandemic, just wanted to give her the wow factor as it’s the least she deserves and customer service couldn’t have cared less to what they dispatched. Really shocking.
