Fabulous service I was upstairs but transferred downstairs to make things easier been with Bluebox a few years now

No problem with container just communication could be better.
Finished last Friday no one there to hand keys to no post box either even though got told there was.
Asked them to inform me when someone there so I could hand keys back and they never did I had to chase this also.
Then got an invoice for another month and when questioned they said because I never handed the keys back 🤷🏻‍♂️
Frustrating that’s all could be better

I hired a storage container for around 2 years. Through out I experienced great customer service, the few times I did need to contact my emails were responded too quickly and the person on the other end of the email was always friendly and fair. Getting the storage unit itself was a quick and easy experience and fairly priced. I highly recommend and would use blue box storage again if needed in the future.

Have just finished using the container storage at Bluebox Swalwell. No problem with set up, payments ok, and good access at all times, good comms.

Took a container to move office furniture out of an office and while I prepared to move house. Had it for just under a year. First time I've had anything like that. Was really helpful for safe storage of items. Easy to go back and forth with the fob, always felt totally secure and easy to access as in, every time I needed to get a van or car to my container I always could, was never blocked in etc. Would use it again if I needed to.

Great place but prices to high for me then in top insurance cover also

New unit same size insurance is in with price that is half the price of blue box just further away get a code to enter with same style padlock

136 to just over 65 is best for me

Bluebox did nothing bad just which I was told of insurance early was all as I was not informed sadly then with the cost going up I could not afford it where now I could have two and still be cheaper

So I had to leave as that's a lot for me

From day 1 I was looked after,Very professional and courteous service.
I would not hesitate to you use BLUEBOX STORAGE in the future if the need arose.

Just brilliant. Storage box was clean and tidy when I hired the container. Information from the customer care team was first class. Highly recommended.

First time and would highly recommend and use again. I needed some temporary storage space for a project and hired a unit in Middlesbrough, Brunel Road just off Cargo Fleet Lane. I walked in to their office off the street and left a short while later having been shown round a suitable unit and given all the information I needed and a set of keys. Secure access and really helpful people!

Been a very simple process from start to finish , very secure premises would deal with again

We had our now 4 year old motorhome on this site since we purchased it and was quite happy. We got an email advising us Bluebox storage had taken over. Then received another email giving us 30 days notice to remove our motorhome off site. We are very disappointed to find yesterday ( the last day ) there was plenty of caravans and motorhomes still on site and they were not going anywhere. Clearly rules for certain customers and our face doesn’t fit.

So easy to set up, lovely.staff in person and on the phone.
I thought it would be hard to learn put and stop the account but it was a breeze.

Really easy to get set up. 24/7 access and secure location.
I will definitely use them again if I need to.
