Servers are super easy to edit to your liking. I personally have one rent for me and friends when playing 7 days to die. just go to config, right click, adjust what you want, and click save. Super easy. The best part though is the customer support. I have posted 2 tickets the past 2 years. The first ticket was me causing the issue, not BFS end. The second issue was some old alpha 16 info in the alpha 17 game. Both times they replied to my issue and had it fixed in just a couple of minutes. To top it off, they where nice. Don't see that much anymore. EZ 5 stars on my end
Used this company a lot, and they've always gone above and beyond on giving the best possible service. Their servers are great, well priced, and their support is on point. (Major shoutout to Craig, your support on my server has been a life saver!)

Servers are more expensive than other providers yet performance is worst i saw (Used 3 other providers before). Customer support is a joke definitly worst slowest most unresponsive customer support i experienced. They limit world sizes below 7DTD normal setings so you pay more than other providers and get less and at worse performance.
I've been hosting an ArmA 3 server with Blue Fang Solutions for quite a while now. The first time I set the server up was on the 4th of July of last year, and despite the holiday, they had everything set up within a few hours. Just yesterday I went to install some mods so that me and my buddies could play on Takistan, and realized we would have to upload 17 GB of data to the server to be able to make it work. Well I couldn't do that because of my upload speed, so I put in a ticket. Sure enough, they downloaded all of the mods to the main folder and I was up and running before the end of the night. Excellent customer service, and I have personally never had an issue with the servers they provide. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was on gameservers.com, thought I would try another server on bluefangsolutions.com to test the comparison. I was impressed by the better hardware and customer service by bluefangsolutions.com that I deleted my accounts with gameservers.com and fully placed my 3 accounts to bluefangsolutions.com. Gameservers.com try to intimidate me in a lawsuit for cancelling and getting refund from paypal for services I was getting that I wasn't getting, only 4Gb of ram for "starvation mod" that they didn't mention I would need more., They wanted me to pay approx $100 per month to support "starvation mod" on another server, something I was able to do with bluefangsolutions.com for about $7 plus hosting, way cheaper. Customer service overall is awesome, I have been offered reduced prices to other hosting from "places" to try, yet bottom line is this, if happy, if not broken, why bother?? So far, this place is awesome!!
BlueFang ROCKS! I upgraded my sub server from 12 to 40 so I could get the largest map and ran into some snags. I opened a ticket and within minutes I had a response. Still has some troubles getting map to load but kept in contact with support and they helped me get everything worked out. I felt that someone was there to help with the issues the whole time. Even into late night while I was streaming. These folks are amazing. Great work and keep it up. I will be spreading the word in my streams about BlueFang. You guys have another cheerleader for BlueFang Servers!!!
Tracy set up a Life is Feudal server for me yesterday. I have dealt with Blue Fang many different times in recent years, and I have never seen a better staffed team of technicians! Tracy and her co-workers ( I have worked with Craig and Jeff) have never failed to answer my questions promptly, and the Blue Fang servers in Chicago are the best I have ever used, when it comes to server stability. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend the Blue Fang team to anyone, novice and experienced alike, who wishes to have a gameserver. Keep up the good work, guys!
Servers are super stable and affordable! that's literally all you need to see for a great host.
Ive had a server with them for about a year now. When I rented my server is available right away. Whenever I needed help with an update they responded quickly to my support ticket and took care of the problem. I have had no issues with lack of response and help from BlueFang Thank You!

They've changed to at least giving you the standard size map. But the extras are a bit wearing. Don't use them for Darkness Falls; they'll double your bill. I've gone to Chicago Servers for that.

Now you have one star not two.
You chose to limit the world size to smaller than the in-game default. That's not an A17 thing; that's you. You are charging people extra to get what is in the base game.
I won't be using your company whilst you continue to do this. I didn't buy a car and pay extra for the wheels from the dealership because Ford put wheels on but the dealership thinks it's ok to sell them with three.
If you were charging for more RAM or SSD, that's one thing. But you are charging extra for the BASE game. No other company is doing that.
No amount of waffle from you guys will excuse that.

I was with them for quite a while and the server was fine and support was good. But then they decided to limit 7 Days to Die A17 world to even smaller than the default. Apparently to get what the game gives as standard, I need to pay them more. They are the ONLY company who expects this. So ... I moved host.
If they stop trying to fleece their customers, they'd get more stars.

I signed up with Bluefang couple of days ago to run my own dedicated server with them. Player that have been playing on my server was making a big fuss about Bluefang so I decided to give them a go!
Very disappointing to say the least! What they do not tell you on their flashy website is that they do not offer 24/7 support like most other game server providers.
I ran into an issue with my game and waited for half a day before support replied to my ticket. It seems they open when they feel like it cause the first response i got from them was at 10am in the morning! A full 9 hours after I submitted a ticket for support.
I also find their game panel/control panel not very user friendly so I really cannot recommend them as a provider of choice! Not good!
Blatant bait and switch tactics. They sold a server that they didn't have the appropriate hardware for. They admitted this in the service tickets and they suggested I lower the playercount for the server or pay 3x more for a dedicated box. I said I wanted a refund, they declined. Hoping a charge back will go through as they are operating very unethically.

Upon seeing that I filed a dispute with paypal and gave them poor reviews, they cancelled my account and took all the funds associated with my purchase. I have filed a complaint to the FTC as well as the BBB.

To their response: Their representative acknowledged that the hardware they were hosting on was insufficient to host an 80 player server. They are the ones responsible for delivering the service, not the game developers.

Had 7D2D server with them recently and no problems except for the ones generated by the game being broken (everyone that plays 7D2D knows what I mean)
Wanted to change from vanilla to modded server, within 1 hour I had my modded server and Craig at support even made a backup for me of the vanilla session (his suggestion which I really appreciate)
Forgot to cancel my subscription for the 7D2D when everyone was bored with the game. Asked if i could get ported over to an ARK server instead. Got my port, an a discount for the amount I had been charged because of my error in canceling the sub for 7D2D. Thanks Josh!

I am with these guys for some time now and I can only say that I am very happy with it. Before I took the server I was a little sceptic because of some reviews of bad support and that kind of stuff on other sites but they have been nothing but great. They give me great and quick support whenever I need help with settings on my server. As long as I will keep playing online server games I will always stick with you guys :)
