Would recommend!
Made me jump through quite a few hoops but they eventually gave me a Mortgage which I’m so happy about! Took a while but they completed it with no bombarding phone calls or pressure. Would recommend

We went with Bluestone through a broker…
We went with Bluestone through a broker who used a specialist broker (packager). We recently moved back to the UK after over a decade of being expats and I only had 1 year of UK although had run my business abroad for several years prior. Both brokers were thorough and proactive but when our file got to Bluestone we got no information back and when they did they required information piecemeal asking questions that had already been addressed. Initially they spelt my name wrong then when they issued the offer the terms were wrong then after promising a correction in 24 hrs it has just taken them a further 3 days to issue the correct offer. We have spent the last 10 days daily chasing them through the brokers and being promised an imminent offer. We now have to vacate our house without having reached exchange due to their delays and move our stuff twice while living in a hotel for a week. For the interest they charge on the mortgage, I would have expected better customer service and respect for customers who are in contracts in a chain with logistics companies and packers already booked.

The name details on the application were taken directly from the information provided to us, and we updated them as soon as the amended details came through. The initial offer was issued on a different product because the application required further affordability checks, and once we received confirmation of the preferred product, we updated the offer in line with our service levels.
Your application also involved additional assessment of self-employed income to ensure we could support the loan amount requested.
