Elite 100v2 Power station runs home refrigerator as hoped. Battery ran down to 5% after about 7.5 hours, which is reasonable for refrigerator drawing about 140W when running, but had hoped it would la... See more

Fast shipping and great customer service
Shipping was fast. The product itself exceeded my expectations. I chose the Apex 300 because of its versatility and ability to easily expand the system. Shortly after purchasing my products, the same products were reduced in price. Bluetti refunded me the difference without hesitation. Very impressive.
Amazing customer support
The customer support has been amazing. Very professional. I’m very happy and confident that I could rely on their products and support. I will continue to equip my rig with Bluetti products for overlanding journeys. Thank you, everyone at Bluetti.
Awesome BLUETTI Customer Support
My wife and I had been using an AC200MAX with a B300 add-on battery in our converted van for 3 years with no issues. It had performed amazingly during that time, and provided all of the power we needed. The only time power became an issue was when we needed to run our AC. We did find a work around for the AC to be powered by the BLUETTI and it performed well. Just before Christmas we had our first real issue with the system. We were preparing to leave, when I noticed a burning smell. I checked the AC200MAX, and discovered that the wall charger had arced, and melted itself into the charger port on the unit. I called BLUETTI support, and they let me know that they would do the repairs under warranty, and would pay for the shipping as well. All I had to do was get it packaged, send them pictures of the packing, and drop it off at a FedEx shipping facility. We had been on the fence about purchasing the RV5 system since it came out, and this became the deciding factor in our decision to purchase the system. We were actually looking at purchasing a rivals system at that time, but with how we were treated and the Customer Support, especially Vicky, from BLUETTI, we decided to stay with BLUETTI and purchased the RV5 system. From the date of purchase to when we received the complete kit, was just over a week. This was also over the New Years holiday as well. BLUETTI customer support has been amazing throughout the whole process in both our questions about the RV5 system, and the repair and return of our AC200MAX. Which by the way, was completed and returned in two weeks time total. A special thanks to Vicky in BLUETTI Customer Support, and all of the people at BLUETTI that did the repairs under warranty of our AC200MAX, as well as the people that got our RV5 system to us in a weeks time.

The company was an amazing to deal with. There’s customer service was great.
Absolutely zero complaints after months of usage.
I have been using several BLUETTI products to not only save money from my electric bill but has given me some peace of mind knowing I will be able to run any health or entertainment items in my home during any power outage. I would also like to thank Hobotech for his in-depth reviews. All my BLUETTI products work very well and will only purchase BLUETTI. The app is great but still wish they would add remaining time, not just the percentage, for all their products.
Very happy with my BLUETTI products
I first bought an AC200L for use in my RV. It worked great. I would charge it using the solar panel I purchased at the same time as well as my onboard generator. When the Charger 1 came out I got one of those, which also works great. Often I can use only the Charger 1 for recharging the AC200L. I am so happy with all the BLUETTI products I have purchased. With the positive experiences I have had with my BLUETTI products I recently bought a Elite 100 v, which has been a great addition.

I’ve been using the AC200MAX for a couple years with great success. It handles all my power needs in my converted van from the fridge, lighting, roof fans, usb ports, diesel heater and other miscellaneous things. With the added Charger1, I’ve never been short on power. Now I’m waiting for my new Charger2 to arrive. I’m hoping to purchase the Elite 300 when it launches depending on price point. Help me out Bluetti. ;-)
AC180
I purchased the AC180 to use on my YouTube channel for overlanding and off grid camping. It’s done great and I would definitely recommend it!
I love my Generators
I love my Generators, I have a AC200p, AC180 x2, AC70 x2, I only use the Charger1 or Charger 2 for recharging as I have had nothing but bad experiences with the solar panels. Bluetti has replaced several of my solar panels but each time I end up with the same issue. to be fair, I go on some very rough trails, and these panels take a beating in transit. this is why I still give 4-star rating, if I were just rating the generators, I would rate them a 5.
Great for Craft Shows
I bought this as a portable power source for vendor shows. I power a portable laser engraver and air purifier and several LED lights. I have had no problems with it lasting the entire show-4 to 8 hours usually. I love that it's light enought for me to easily carry and does not take up much space.
Recently
Recently, I purchased the Blueitt AC200L and D40. I purchased them separately and has some concerns with all the cables and accessories. There is nothing worse than buying an incomplete product that is new. After expressing my concerns to the Bluetti Support Team they answered all my questions and assured me everything would be included. They sent tracking information and follow up emails in a very short time. Thank you, Bluetti. Thank you for being a reliable company that stands behind their products.

I just do weekend camping and I do have a camp fridge and it powers it for the entire weekend along with other small things like my fan and recharging stuff I really like it!
Pre-Delivery Thoughts
Unit not yet received (only ordered yesterday). Research showed that this was the appropriate unit for my needs revolving around expansion capabilities, battery life, and miscellaneous connections. Provided the unit suits my needs, I will be purchasing another unit for ease of use regarding recharging and usage.

I have both an Elite 1000 and 2000 which are in use at separate locations. So far I have had no issues after several months of use. The 1000 replaced an eco flow delta and is much more efficient than the the EF product so far.
I have a Bluetti ac70 over one year now…
I have a Bluetti ac70 over one year now I use it off grid just to charge simple things like cell phones laptop, and low wattage lights the unit runs well. The problem is recharging I recharge with a generator and most of the time I cannot recharge it unless I plug it directly into an AC wall outlet. I’ve contacted customer service numerous amount of times and all I get is a runaround so now when I go off grid, I can only use it one time until the power runs out. Which caused me to buy another unit from a different company. This is extremely frustrating, but the customer service department from whatever country they’re from refuse to understand/help me with this problem which is unfortunate because this actually is a pretty good unit.

I haven't received my product yet ...but already know from a long time of researching the number one product and im glad I got a Bluetti.
I don't know where to start
I don't know where to start, all the products are awesome. I wish I cold buy then all!
Good product terrible battery
Product is good. Battery life terrible. I feel I've wasted money. I'd like to buy an extension but at the prices they are and from what I've experienced. I feel I should be refunded or given an extension for free. It doesn't hold well over time and unfortunately I won't be purchasing again
