Elite 100v2 Power station runs home refrigerator as hoped. Battery ran down to 5% after about 7.5 hours, which is reasonable for refrigerator drawing about 140W when running, but had hoped it would la... See more

Good product terrible battery
Product is good. Battery life terrible. I feel I've wasted money. I'd like to buy an extension but at the prices they are and from what I've experienced. I feel I should be refunded or given an extension for free. It doesn't hold well over time and unfortunately I won't be purchasing again

I was fooled by the Apex 300 that has a horrible solar input. Bluetti ripped off everyone who purchased this unit. I wish I could return it. My low end Allpowers power station has a better solar input than this unit that cost half as much. You thought it was a good idea to cheap out on the solar input to get us to buy your 4k solar charger. I will never buy a Bluetti product. Will you take back this unit?
Elite 100 v2
I have purchased the Elite 100 v2, I travel to work with this unit and it does just about anything I need it to do by changing my phone charging batteries for my tools, my coffee maker, run a little vacuum..I also purchased two 100w solar panels to Keep this unit changed and it has been doing me great, I recommend..thanks you..

I have had my AC 180 for I believe two years or better. I live off grid and use the AC 180 as my back up and nighttime battery. I also use it when camping or traveling as a conveniently fits on floorboard of the backseat. I love the number of plug-ins USB and C. A couple more Cs would be a plus. Originally, I had problems charging it from my generator. I corrected that by turning a heater on which drew more power from the generator and smooth out the run. Overall, I have been totally impressed with this set up. However, as we just went through five weeks of no sun, I will be looking to upgrade and purchase another more powerful unit.

I purchased an AC70 1,000/768 to power twin 12v batteries for a mobility scooter. The Bluetti team gave several options but I was on a strict budget. My housing association disallowed both interior and exterior recharging, hence my only option was a PP as above. Unfortunately it did not have the capacity to fully charge the scoot, and took over three hours (double-charging) to bring it to 85% - the max I could get due probably because the scoot had to be left outside in all weathers. With new accommodation, I can now recharge from my front door on mains, but it still takes an average of two or more hours to reach that 85% - presumably due to actual battery damage. I found the AC70 was very good, but just didn't have enough power/capacity to do the job. The scoot and its batteries remain out-doors in all weather outdoors which is something I can't do anything about, and so the batteries will continue to degrade. The Bluetti "advisor" did offer several options once I'd given him details on the batteries and charging unit, but unfortunately I made the wrong choice - not understanding anything about power capacities &etc. my fault really, but too late to dao anything about it.

There was a problem with unit I purchased from them which was well taken care of by me. After advice on how to fix the problem myself, they sent it to their repair center. It was not fixable and they replaced the unit. That experience built alot of trust in Bluetti to me. I will gladly purchase from them again; they stand behind their products.
Bluetti is a remarkable company
Bluetti is a remarkable company - the broad range of products, the world wide distribution system, the excellent web site, the well designed devices, (even the cell phone app is well designed), the shipment packaging is top quality, delivery is fast, and the 30 day price protection is fully and very promptly acted upon. All these factors persuaded me to buy an Elite 200 V2 in 2024 and another Elite 200 V2 in 2025, and I have since persuaded three neighbours to purchase Bluetti products based upon my experience and enthusiasm with them. We have experienced two major electricity grid outages recently - the first before my purchases (a cold and miserable event) and the second after my purchases, no food spoilage, warm home and the essential creature comforts available.
I live off the grid
I live off the grid, my Bluetti helps me get thru the long winter nights. it recharges fast and it is easy to operate. and of course it always goes camping with me. I wish I had bought one sooner. great price also.

AC300, AC180, AC70
I have 3 Bluetti models the AC300, AC180 & AC70. I've only had 1 problem with my first, the AC70 which was replaced without any problems. All 3 models have performed well during constant use.
Love my bluetti's best out there.
Love my bluetti's and now that I've had them for awhile would hate to be with out them, perfect for home backups, camping and off grid living. I've had other power stations and none of them compare to the bluetti , would love to do live reviews on the bluetti products on my YouTube channel if you would like to send me some of your products to give a honest review that would be great and I could show everyone why I say their the best on the market. Thank you so much for making these power station ,TEAXAS PREPPER.

Every one we have shown is amazed at the versatility of the BLUETTI because of me my camping friends have purchased at least five of these I should be on commission I reckon. Slightly disappointed about the Black Friday Xmas sale the bargain upgrade never happened at out of my price range but you never know great product and just as important after sales and help information
Have been a bluetti customer for years…
Have been a bluetti customer for years and I have several models that I currently use for home and cottage. They are well made and affordable when you get them on sale. I started with the 2020 indiegogo kickstarter campaign for the AC200 1700 watt and have since acquired the EB150 & EB240, EB70S, AC50S, EB3A, AC60, V200 ELITE, B230 EXPANSION, and most recently, V10, AC70 and elite 30. I've gone thru a few power outages and each one serves a purpose throughout the house during an outage. Plus I can take them on the road and they get used at the cottage where I have no hydro.
I've tried other brands like jackery(which after only a year of minimal use is nothing more than a dead paperweight)and goal zero but they don't compare to bluetti for quality or longevity and goal zero is far behind when it comes to recharging capabilities. Have never had to deal with bluetti customer service for any of my units, but shipping has always been fast. I have nothing negative to say about bluetti. Good quality, fast shipping
Bluetti Ac70 and Elite100v2
I have bluetti Ac70 and Elite100v2. Both perform very, very well.
Solarx 4k quit charging
I have the solarx 4k hooked up to 2 b300 batteries,4 b300k's and an apex 300 the other day it quit charging. So I contacted bluetti support squad and within 4 1/2 days with back and forth messages the problem was fixed and everything is back to charging. They did a great job helping me Thank you Bluetti.
Love Bluetti Products
Customer Service is great, love my Bluetti 200 V2 for home and bought a Bluetti 100 V2 for car camping. Both do everything I need it to do. Lightweight, extremely quiet, powers my heating pad, tea kettle, foreman grill and my ninja 10 in 1 stove. I also have 3 - Bluetti 200 watt solar panels. The Icing on the cake is, I just used my Bluetti Bucks for a free Bluetti Phone Tripod. Loving it. I can watch YouTube videos hands free. Bluetti holds my phone, I hold my cat! thank you Bluetti. I am now brand loyal to Bluetti.
Power my party
My Bluetti ac180 will power my Dj needs for roughly 5 hrs. Two 15 inch evs, console and laptop. So convenient.

We had an AC200 Max and sold it to upgrade to the elite 200 v2 but we feel we have gone backwards as it drains much quicker than the AC200 we use it in the same setup and it can drain 40% quicker than the older AC200 we have to connect a lithium battery to it to get the same power
Bluetti are future proofing their new ranges
I purchased my first Bluetti product earlier this year for a campervan project. The Elite 200v2 has been awesome and the aftercare and customer service above and beyond my expectations. When I first heard about the Apex 300 I realised that it would be a great solution to the extra storage I would require as an ongoing power solution in the campervan rather than traditional electrical set ups. I have been pleased with this product and the additional hub gives me a 12v set up as well as my 240v. The great thing it also let's me add extra storage in the future.
Bluetti is now my go to supplier of these type of products.
Excellent for load-shifting—just needs more manual charging controlThe Bluetti Elite V2 200 is great for…
The Bluetti Elite V2 200 is great for load-shifting and saving on energy bills. I mainly use the UPS schedule (12 AM–7 AM), which covers my needs most days.
My only suggestion is to add a manual override or 'Charge Now' option. My rates change depending on the day of the week, and being able to start a charge instantly—without messing with my preset calendar—would make this device much more versatile.
Additionally, it would be excellent to have Home Assistant integration. Being able to connect the device to my own server would allow me to track energy consumption and costs through a custom-designed dashboard, providing much deeper control over my home's energy management.
