Complete scam ordered a month ago and have emailed them several times with no response. I can’t believe people get away with this and feel good about it. Do not order from them.

Do not buy in this store. I made a purchase based on the "Unbox Therapy" video, and this is a scam.
If you want to buy try with paypal because it can still be refunded.
I made the purchase more than 4 months ago and they are always saying that the order is on its way.

This company is very much a scam. My two orders have not been received nor am I getting any information from them. I posted couple of comments on UNBOX THERAPY youtube page but no action from him either. Both seem to have scammed many innocent followers who trusted Lew Later and BLVKNOIR and got lot of money. I did not know one can earn money like this besides being a Youtuber.

Dispatch email received on the 25th November
Trouble with the tracking code, found the link was wrong and should be using the logistics.dhl link (can't post full URL)
It's currently in Heathrow so hopefully receive soon.
Will update my review when they have been received and tested.

Just got them from Royal Mail sorting office even though it saysd delivery was via DHL. I had to pay £17.29 customs charge!

Will update again after Christmas regarding quality of product.

After 3 months the blackpods finally arrived , and what can I say except It's a scam?
During these months , I've bought a pair of tws i500 (Matte black) from aliexpress just for 18 bucks.
The two headsets arrived at the same time (It total , the tws took just 1 month and 1 day, the blackpods 3 months) and they are the SAME!
The packaging is the same
The headsets are the same
The quality is the same

The only difference? the Blackpods have a price three times higher than the tws on aliexpress.
What are the other 40 bucks for? The logo? Pffft.
If you guys are still waiting for the product , just get a refund immediately and go buy the pair of headsets on AliExpress.

I ordered these on the 30th September. After very little contact from them I received a notification to say they had shipped them on the 23rd November. I checked the DHL tracking number only to find out its been shipped via sea freight! and if they arrive it will most likely be at the end of January!!!!!! your better off buying from China directly and get them in less than 5 days, I think this is just a scam. DO NOT BUY

Finally..... I got my money back. 3 Months of nothing, no answers to emails, nothing... just 3 months of fighting... and PayPal finally got involved and just wrote off the transaction. Forget this scam.

They were crap made me pay they came and they came late I had to pay for something that didn’t even work

I ordered back in Sept have sent 6 emails and only got 1 reply. No sign of any airpods. Unfortunately as I ordered by credit card and the value is less than £100 I can not raise a claim to recover my money. To make matters worse I keep getting invites to buy more products from them......I'm in UK

Ordered a set and after 3 weeks they where delivered, i had email keep giving me updates and the tracking they provide don't work at all.

Once in the UK you will need to pay a handling and customs charge.

The product itself is OK, they work just as well as AirPods and for something i throw in my work bag and not to worry about.

Be patient and stay polite!
When I bought them they told me by mail that they have a delay with the orders. I waited 3 months. After that I stayed polite and wrote them that I understood the delay and asked them for an update on my order numbers. After that they mailt me back with a track and trace number from DHL. In one week the blvckpods arrived. Really good quality and so worth waiting. Thanks Blvckpodsteam! From spain

Total scam!, they take your money and send out general emails to give you hope it’s been two months and nothing

Ordered my BlackPods in September under the impression that I'd get them quickly. Sent emails to support, but no reply.
Decided, after reading comments here, to claim my money back via PayPal, and that was about a week ago. Today I suddenly receive a shipping update from Blvcknoir that my BlackPods have been shipped. However, the tracking number doesn't work so there's no way of knowing if they've actually been sent. Curious to see if they will end up in Customs and me being asked to pay fro some additional charges for delivery. Hoping to get my money back even if they've actually sent the product.

December 12th. I have an update I wanted to share. I got my money back from PayPal as they were not able to get any information brom Blvcknoir so that was really great service. And today I actually received my BlackPods. So, even though I'm happy they sent me what I ordered, I'm not going to buy any more products from them.

2 month of nothing. No reply to mails, no feedback. Just continue to send discount codes. Total SCAM, do not trust, do not pay.

Paid for mine about 3 months ago and never got them, customer service doesn't reply.

Never received the air pods.

Fk*ng bad never received a blaclpod if i can -1 stars i wil give them now money return visa
