This it's a scam in terms of promote something and can't being able to fulfill what was promised. After watching the video in Unbox Therapy; thought gonna be a nice birthday gift for my nephews. But the good idea turns into a nightmare.

they had a nice strategy, getting item for an other suplier and reboxing with theyre brand. but they didnt prepare for the volume of orders and with the bad costumer service, if all people reclaim the money from paypal; they gonna start thinking better and stop trying to scam.

It's about 1.5 month i order it and get nothing stay away it's a scam

I am writing a review anywhere I can! & This video is a joke! I should have done more researching and did not! They do not ever arrive on time took almost a month &&&& THEN!....

I sent an email October 28 an still no word! I do not see where there is any 24/7 support as stated on the website (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) seeing that I can not even get a response!

I received my blackpods but there is a huge problem with them! Any call I make the person on the other end can hear everyone around me but not hear me. I gave it a few days to maybe adjust to me but still any time I am talking to someone they cannot hear me even when I am yelling! I tried to adjust it in my ear barely touching them and it immediately hangs up and the screen over the speaker came off as soon as I put it in my ear. Also, there is no way to change the volume and it does not work when using the suggested feature to change it only hangs up the blackpod or disconnects it completely when I did what the instructions said to do. Also, I barely used the pods and the box itself was already 20% power down.

PAY a few dollars more and go with the APPLE BRAND earlier version of airpods!

Order accepted but still nothing received, no response to emails for ever 3 weeks!

I got my black pods about a week after ordering (so not bad unlike everyone else apparently).

Pairing didn't work as expected (pressing button on case did nothing). I paired manually through iOS bluetooth settings, which was ok.

The reason for my 2 stars is the tap controls don't work. They might trigger if I tap around 150 times, so not completely broken, just incredibly unreliable. Siri works ok but is pretty wonky and unreliable as well, though better than tap.

I'll probably get a refund and just pay for some full price airpods (or maybe airpod pro).

I saw this item on YouTube and honestly thought it would be good. After examining their website and seeing really good reviews I thought I would buy them. I spent 59.99 dollars and it said I would receive them within 5-7 days and I was expecting a bit longer due to being in the UK. 3 weeks later and i had nothing so i emailed them 3 times!!! And still no reply. I got a refund off paypal and even they said they couldn't contact them. Over a month later I got a text off royal mail to say that they had arrived at the UK but customs wanted to charge me £20 to get it delivered (which I'm not paying) where on the website it was free delivery. It makes me wonder because on the website there are hundreds of really good reviews and on here it was 94% bad. Such a scam, do not buy!

They advertised 5-7 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. Well, it’s been about a month since I ordered from them without any follow up. I’ve emailed them and messaged them on their social media multiple times with no response. Definitely a scam, stay away from this product.

Unfortunately, you have to give at least 1 star to leave a comment. blvcknoir.com is a shady organization with extremely bad products that are dead on arrival.
They talk about 30 day return policy but have no address nor any process identified on how to get a return/refund. When you do send them an email at "support @ blackpod.us", there's no response.
Stay away from buying this terrible product and save yourself all the grief afterwards.

Item not recieved, has not even shipped after a month.

Filed a refund on paypal and seller responded within a couple of hours with a tracking number, which is funny as their customer support doesn't respond at all.

USPS has not recieved product yet.
Will update if/on arrival of blackpods.

Well I guess I'm one that fell for their scam as well. It's been over 2 month now and haven't received my black pods. I will contact my bank and issue a dispute. What a fake company!

Trash headphones. You get what you paid for but honestly you can find much better for the price. Avoid at all costs as this company is not prepared for the volume they deal with nor do they have quality control.

Scam. Placed order on the 20 sep, and never heard from them. Send 2 emails - no response. Contacted my bank and disputed the tranzaction.
