Great prices, with on-time delivery.

The deliver service was quick and efficient. I’ve ordered from Zatu before and have never been disappointed. It was packaged well and the price very competitive. It’s my go to retailer for games both online and at conventions

The delivery lead time was very quick and the price was very reasonable. I was disappointed with the delivery packaging as I'd ordered a booster box of cards and it was dispatched in a card sleeve and was falling apart by the time it reached me. I would have preferred this to be sent in a sturdy box with plenty of protective packaging for a fragile item.

I ordered a game 10 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. It was due to be delivered by Evri. However, for no reason whatsoever Evri decided not to attempt the delivery, but return it to Zatu Games instead. I rang Zatu customer services and they could provide no explanation. They then said that they couldn’t send me a replacement until the original has been returned to them by Evri. They couldn’t provide any timescales for when this May (or may not) happen. So, in the meantime I am left frustrated and out of pocket for something completely outside of my control. Not impressed. Looking at other recent feedback this seems to happen with increasing frequency. Zatu Games really should do themselves a favour and abandon Evri and all their associated incompetence and dishonesty.

No offence meant to the staff, but this company is horrendous to deal with, back at the beginning of september,
i made an order, everything said in stock and i paid for next day delivery,
still not received the items i had ordered, they don’t contact you about delays, or any kind of problem, you have to contact them. they have many excuses. but apparently it’s going to be another 200 plus days. and this is just unacceptable. i won’t be shopping with this company again.

Evri lost or missed delivered my parcel so I agree it was not the fault of zatu ,but zatu will not refund or send a replacement order I've sent the couriers photographs of where it was left/delivered and the location which was nowhere near my property zatu asked me to sign a document stating I had checked with neighbours and had a walk around the property I could not sign this because having just come out of hospital following a heart attack I am not in a position to be out tracking down a missing parcel so I would be falsifying the document,so I have paid for something I have not received and now four weeks on neither evri or zatu have resolved the situation again I fully appreciate the missing parcel is not the fault of zatu but it's not my fault either I did expect better treatment from the company neither company has contacted me in over a week now this really is stress I could do without given the situation I am in with my health

They employ Evri who are infamous for losing parcels, but when a parcel is lost Zatu refuses to take any accountability even after Evri acknowledges the loss. Definitely will not shop here again, espeically as there's so many other options for similar stores and prices.
