Super-fast delivery, product arrived in perfect condition—great!

My order included a preorder. Once that was available it turned out another game suddenly was not available and apparently not reserved for me back then causing another few weeks delay.

After that all went smoothly

While my previous orders with Zatu went well, my latest experience has been awful. I placed an order on Saturday before the cut-off, paying for DPD Next Day delivery.

* Monday: Nothing arrived. I contacted support and received a £2.50 refund for the delivery fee.

* Tuesday: DPD tracking still showed the parcel had not been handed over by Zatu. With delivery now running at least three working days late, I requested a further gesture of goodwill via live chat.

* Live Chat: After taking 30 minutes to respond, the agent (Joshua) simply advised he had opened a ticket. I told him I did not want a ticket and preferred a refund so I could re-order the items elsewhere before the daily cut-off.

* The Refusal: Despite previously stating delivery would be on Wednesday, Joshua then claimed he could not issue a refund because he was no longer sure if the parcel was in the warehouse or with DPD.

By refusing to issue a refund or confirm the parcel's location, Zatu blocked me from ordering elsewhere before the daily cut-off and trapped me into waiting for a delayed order.

Fast delivery - great choice of games

Zatu has quickly become my go-to place for buying board games. Their products are really well priced, and they offer quick delivery. Their website is also really clearly laid out, so it makes looking for new games an enjoyable experience.

Always a prompt and speedy delivery with any purchase. Very good prices, so much so that I have three items on back order.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago to which have just been fobbed off service is shocking and they have no customer care whatsoever just said to me to hold on and wait it will come I paid for 48hr service for gods sake avoid this company they are just a waste of time shocking if I could give it 0 stars I would

Having ordered from Zatu previously I had confidence that their products were accurate. Was sent something for a system I don’t even play when I had paid for something far more expensive.

Was also told next day delivery but had to wait three days midweek.

Every purchase I've made from Zatu has been delivered well packaged and swiftly. They have stock where others don't and the value is good, especially when buying a couple of things. I recommend them to all the boardgame people in my life!

This was my first order with Zatu Games, the item I purchased was discounted, nicely packaged, in perfect condition and delivered just 18 hours after I ordered it!
And the Zatu staff are very nice too :-) A perfect purchasing experience. A+

Very happy with the quality of the board game and the easy process to purchase! Delivery took slightly long, but it was still within an expected period of time. The website has a reasonably priced selection of board games. I will definitely be purchasing from Zatu Games again.

I ordered the Black powder starter set 31 July and by Monday 10th Aug was still waiting to be sent out.
They also use Evri as a delivery company....... Need I say more

not for the first time i've been let down by Zatu Games and there shocking customer service

I ordered a star wars legion expansion for delivery on launch day but had no tracking so followed up with the customer service, they told me there was a days delay but i'd have it on Monday. not a problem, these things cant be avoided.
then monday still no tracking or information. i used the Whatsapp for ease and was told that as it's out of hours i cant use this service and to try back during office hours, it was 1:15pm.
i finally get smeone on the phone and was told not a problem it'll be shipped.
again no tracking so i called them the next day and once i finally got through after they hung up on me more than once i was told oh thats on back order so you'll get that when we get a restock at some point.
i asked if they where going to tell me about this which they wherent going too

shocking service dont shop with Zatu if you want to get your preorder

Son wanted pokemon for his birthday. Bought 2 Pokemon boxes for £60 each, someone said Zatu is a reputable seller. New to this and obviously hard to get hold of pokemon these days so was limited. After buying them realising I've paid more than what they go for on Ebay which I was told to avoid lol. Speaking to someone was told I paid skelper prices. Good product and service but for the unknown buyer like me you're paying 33% over RRP. Will be purchasing from Smyths or Very next time who stick to the RRP. Sad that even retailers who supposedly care about the game fleece you where they can.
