Normal and reduced prices

No problems ordering the furniture, actually our third Boila product. However, I find it quite annoying that one has to wait for the right moment until a "sale" is starting. It feels a little bit like trading at the stock exchange. One week prices are up, the next week prices are down! So you can easily loose a couple of hundred Swiss Francs when you're buying too early or too late.

Disappointing post-purchase service

Unfortunately, while the sales experience was excellent, the overall service after purchase has been very disappointing.

The sales consultant was amazing, super friendly and very helpful. This created high expectations for the rest of the customer journey. However, the post-purchase service did not meet those expectations at all.

I experienced multiple issues with my order:
1. Only 3 chairs were delivered instead of the 6 ordered. They can't find them, even after a month
2. The marble coffee table arrived with multiple visible stains. While I understand that marble is a natural material, this does not justify delivering a product with clear defects. A customer should not be expected to keep an item that is visibly flawed, regardless of the material.
3. Regarding the sofa, I was informed that exchanging one part would come at a high additional cost.

What is most disappointing is the clear contrast between the excellent service before the sale and the poor support afterward. Customer care should not end once the payment is made. As a premium brand, Bolia should take responsibility for delivery errors and product quality issues and support customers fairly when problems arise.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve, as it currently does not reflect the brand image Bolia presents during the sales process.

Already done

Bolia has a fantastic service and advise. They offer the possibility of returning the goods un to 30 days. My only disappointment was dealing with the delivery stuff. I guess they are a 3rd party company and usually they don't care about anything. They came in time but were very rude. I wish I could write a separate review only for them.

Due to process they could not eve wave the delivery , expending more than 300 chf

I have bought a kite - sitzkissen at the store. The product was not available and charged me 14 chf for delivery, whey the could request it to the store I and I could it pick up, not happy about it.

Beautiful things

It’s always nice to look a beautiful things and the Bolia.com website is very beautiful, if not always practical. It can be a bit too fussy and a little complicated to find certain options. Otherwise, the experience is usually a nice one.

The experience was excellent as both…

The experience was excellent as both consultants were very nice welcoming and understood my needs quickly, which helped to find best solution for the orders. Additionally reassured the color of the carpet by showing examples.

Really satisfied ! Felt like could not choose while online and having them advised me, all felt easy and smooth!

Great sofas and customer service

We bought a sofa and it is amazing, worth its price. The 5 stars though, are especially due to a very good customer service: we had an issue at some point with the fabric we chose and they immediately proposed to send a new couch without additional costs.
