Good experience until the delivery
Hej,
I'm really happy with my purchase at Bolia. I would only recommend you to train the delivery team. They spent 2 min in our apartment. They deliver the sofa, did not place it where it belongs, did not unpack it.
I've been told I would have a much better service. I don't know if I would do it again under these circumstances.
Otherwise the instore experience and the product itself are really good.

Ok, but not very enthusiastic staff
The furniture I bought seems ok in terms of quality. But the price is perhaps a bit too high. Staff also a bit lacking of enthusiasm, and I could have just ordered it from home instead as they use the same online webpage. I did hope for some discount of other offer in store, but nothing extra.

Not pleased with my decision, taking woll in the seat and plain for the back. The sofa does not look as good as I would have liked. Would have got some guidance for taking a better decision.

Furniture in bad shape
Delivery was late. When arrived one item was broken and two other items scrached. No good finish on the furniture in consideration to the price. Got new ones, but they were more or less the in the same shape. Small compensation was given, not enough for us to be satisfied.

Great products and service
I am very happy about my own Bolia experience, both in terms of product and service. My girl friend, however, had a different experience where she ordered and paid for a piece of furniture only to be told about a week later that it was no longer available. She nevertheless found an exhibition piece that she was happy with and the Bolia staff skillfully restored it to prime condition.

I haven't heard about chance in any color, so I would recommend that you try to send a mail to our Customerservice kundservice@bolia.com, where you include your new order number, the old order number and some pictures. They will be able to help you and see if there is any explainable reason for the difference in the color of the fabric.
