Excellent service

The app lets you follow your car’s progress so you can see how far away it is. Communication with the driver is very good. The cost has been much better than other services.

Fantastic!

I’ve been using Bolt for many years across many countries, and the service has consistently been excellent. The app is easy to use, drivers are usually professional and punctual, and rides are reliable and affordable. No matter where I travel, Bolt has been a convenient and trusted option. Highly recommended!

Avoid

I used the service in Athens, the taximeter showed €6.5 when the ride ended, the driver inserted €9 euros in the app. I contacted support, they told me they can't help me and closed the chat so l couldn't respond. Second time this has happened. I deleted my account and uninstalled immediately. If you can't provide support to your customers, what are you even doing? Uber is more trustworthy and that says a lot! Avoid at all costs!

Left us stranded at the O2…

@boltapp you left us stranded at the O2 last night - you cancelled at exactly the pick up time. Because you didn’t have the decency to call beforehand the queues for the buses / cabs were miles long and we missed our train back home leaving me and my daughter stranded. We managed to get another reliable company firm who drove us all the way home so you cost us £120.

Appreciate that there was a tube strike but that’s why we booked alternative transport home. Also roads were gridlocked due to combo of roadworks and more vehicular traffic but you should have called us so we could have made alternative plans in time before the rush.

According to the ground staff Uber and Bolt cancel all the time. Will never use BOLT again!

Bolt Taxi unreliable

We ordered a Bolt taxi services from Barcelo Hotel in Sevilla to airport Sevilla in morning for 2pm. We were waiting as instructed at 1:50pm just to get notification at 2:03pm that our ride is cancelled. And left stranded and in panic to get another taxi services that was double the normal fares taking advantage of situation! We could organise ourselves in timely manner if we know this in advance.

Happy customer

The cost was a lot cheaper than the street taxis. Taxis were on time and only took a couple of minutes to arrive.
