Bunch of cowboys absolutely useless

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Mr Muhammed Gaffar and his colleagues for all their work they have done for me.
Muhammed is a brilliant solicitor, and I can’t praise him enough for his professionalism and how he dealt with a long chain house sale and the purchase of my new property.
I am impressed with his competency, efficiency and ability to resolve a complicated housing chain.
I will certainly keep his number if I need anything. I would recommend him without hesitation.

First time buyer.
I was quite scared as I wasn't sure about the process of buying a property.
Ibrahim was reassuring when we approached bond Adams at first and dilan and shivani were excellent and efficient with responses when guiding me on what had to be done and the turnaround times.
Me and my husband will definitely be using the team again.

I bought 3 parcels of land from NALC Auction 15th of March, at the beginning, the auction sales Charlie said I don’t have to have a solicitor, they will do the registration for me. So I wait for more than a month,Charlie gave me the solicitor contact: Shameela Aziz Sayani’s email. I sent to her email on 26th of April.she replied on 27th of April. She said she will be reverting me on the completion elements. I asked I bought 3 parcels of land in gu23 and 8 parcels of land in cm16.she said she will speak to me tomorrow which is 30th of April. I waited until 3th of May she didn’t ring me, I asked again,she said she will call me tomorrow. I was waiting until 7th,she didn’t. I asked again, she asked my number on 8th of May, I asked again and again on 10th of May, until now, I lost her, she didn’t reply anymore.

Although I didn’t have any previous experience in this files but the reassurance from Mr Muhammed Gaffer and his team made the journey smooth.

They were easily approachable via call and message and communication was very clear.

As we went through Shariah Complaint Home Purchase Plan, which is different from traditional mortgage, the team was well aware of the requirements to take necessary steps in timely fashion.

I would happily recommend them for The Property Solicitor services and wish them good luck.

Had the best service , throughout the process , great communication Muhammed Gaffer & team attention to detail is second to none.

Excellent service. Thanks to bondadams team for helping me and my husband in my work visa. Even I don't have words to praise them but with the bottom of my heart thank u so much.

We used Bond Adam's for the sale of a property. Overall they are trustworthy and communicate well. I dropped one star, as we were running around like headless chickens collecting paperwork in the last few days, standard items regarding mortgages, Id etc... that really could have been requested earlier and avoided the stress. We also needed to do some research on property law ourselves and one would have hoped a solicitor could provide suitable advice. On the other hand the cost was competitive, and they are able to be effective when necessary.

Highly recommend Bond Adams especially Ibrahim,who was fighting in our corner from the beginning.Always keeping us informed and responded back same day with inquiries.
