Unfortunately, almost all the leaves on the tree fell off within a few days. I wanted to give the tree away as a gift, which is not possible.

Universal potting soil from a different brand than the one I ordered, but the product suits my needs.
I ordered Adakama, but I received Kanuma.

Based on photos you send us, we can confirm that you have indeed received akadama. Kanuma is light/white in color, whereas the product we sent is brown, which corresponds to akadama.
The potting soil is from a different brand than shown, but the composition and quality are the same.

Excellent customer service and great communication
I had a very positive experience with Bonsai Wonder.
I contacted them several times with questions, and later because of a delivery delay caused by the carrier. Each time, they were extremely responsive, reassuring, and professional.
They kept me informed at every step, acknowledged each message, and proactively followed up with the carrier to help resolve the situation. Their communication was clear, kind, and very reassuring, especially since the order was a living plant and a Christmas gift.

Died within 3 days
Died within 3 days. Support asked me to review the revival with some instructions. Followed these, nothing happened. Got back to them, told me they'd escalate, been 2 months + since last contact.
A friend seemed happy and his tree looked great. Delivery was timely and intact. Still hopefull for a remedy.

Top quality, poor delivery
The bonsai tree was amazing (top quality), the family loved the gift. Packaging was top notch, considering the GLS pickup point dealer did not handle it with care, holding the box side ways when the arrows clearly stated to hold it up straight and was labelled "fragile". Top notch packaging held the bonsai tree in place and luckily came out undamaged by the man.
