I returned items 28th may and still not…
I returned items 28th may and still not got my refund. I was emailed 20th June to say now processed but still not had it, tried customer service and just automated. That told me customer service would be in touch. Nothing!! I’m honestly disgusted. I will not be buying from them again. You have to pay upfront yet they won’t repay you, not good you cannot speak to an actual person ti find out what’s going on. Boohoo you need to sort this out!!!

Awful experience, website charged me twice and I have been chasing to get my money back for weeks. Complaints service on WhatsApp sent me an automated response saying volumes were high and a human would respond soon. No one ever responded to me. I have emailed twice, one email got closed down as they said I was being delt with via another platform even though this wasn't the case. I have one email open and it takes weeks to get a response and I still haven't gotten my money back. Rate products on Boohoo is a scam
Boohoo has another website boohoo-fashion.shop where they say you can earn money if you rate boohoo products. Every day you have to complete 38 tasks. But first you have to complete the 38 orders on the account of your contactperson so it’s every day 76 orders you have to complete. Its sound easy because completing these orders you can do on 10 minutes, it’s just clicking.. but you’ll get a package order or 2 is you are so lucky that you have to invest your money into crypto to recharge. First it’s a small amount of $90 and to send it by crypto you’ll invest $20 more and then you receive $140. It took days to set up a crypto account and withdraw it.
Then you are enthousiast and you’ll start the next day again. You can withdraw $250 but only the system won’t let you in anymore so you can’t withdraw it. Your contactpersoon is telling you from the start that it’s not an investment because you can withdraw it immediately. Until it doesn’t. So the next day you hope you can withdraw it but then their asking for a recharge of $500 and you still have to complete 17 orders more so you will get a second package even when your contactperson is saying how lucky you are. The next package will be higher then $500 and you don’t know if you’ll get it back. Or you do know because you won’t get it back.
When you start they will add you on a WhatsApp group so you’ll see the earnings of others. If you contact a person of this group privately you won’t get an answer.
The big question is: why can’t your contactperson make the investment to show you that it’s real? Then it would have been a collaboration. Afterwards you deposit the loan back ofcourse but then you don’t need to invest in it with your own money. But that is what they want because when you can’t pay for the package then you can’t withdraw anything.
A pure scam and a waste of your time and money. Don’t fell on it.
Their clothes, customer service and return policy are shitty and they try to scam people on many different ways.

Terrible service, conveniently doesn't let you change or cancel an order before it's been despatched because "As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure it is received as soon as possible, which means we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please, place a new order or return any unwanted items if necessary."
Even though it then takes them several days to despatch it. Oh and of course they charge you to return the parcel...
Having to pay without receiving anything
I have to pay the delivery costs for an order that I did not receive. Costumer service is TERRIBLE. One service employee agreed that I shouldn’t have to pay the delivery costs and a month later I get an reminder to pay the delivery costs. Now another service employee says they can’t cancel the delivery costs. I will never be ordering here again!

I orderd from Bohoo.The product arrived very late.I return the product on 24th October to there provided address and the courier service showing product has delivered On 27th October but Bohoo did not confirmed and did not start a refund.After reaching them on Facebook site they first tried to scare me with saying that i didn't return the item and they will start police investigating.When I showed them the courier approval than they saying outside UK it takes time. order #UK1105491344 Returned 7 items to boohoo, they only refunded me for 5 and confirmed they'd checked CCTV and only the 5 items were in the parcel, however, I actually returned the 2 missing items in a second parcel and the tracking numbers for the recieved parcel (5 items) and the missing parcel (2 items) were delivered at the exact same time and date via the inpost tracking so the tracking shows you recieved both but you've only refunded me for one - how did that happen? Boohoo still continue to claim I only returned 1 parcel despite the tracking proof. It's ridiculous, I don't have the items and still being charged £72 on klarna. I only noticed I wasn't refunded the full amount as it was a pay in 30 days so only realised something was incorrect when klarna emailed to say money would be taken in a day or two.

Hello, I returned every item in order and this ongoing issue has been going on since April 24 this year. It has been so stressful. I had to pay the balance on karma of £30.45 as late fees was going to be applied. Klarna advised to pay this and contact boohoo for the refund. I provided evidence of my return and booohoo has incorrectly refunded me as I returned every item. Only thing I need to pay for is the delivery fee of £3.99. Please please help. I have been contacting booho customer service for months I get ignored and no response!!

Discount disappeared after entering payment details
The prices showed in your basket can suddenly change after entering your payment details, this gives me scam vibes. I did not get the 50% summer discount, promoted everywhere on the website. Customer service states that their prices can vary. This is not fair! Now I have to pay to send it back, since I couldn't cancel my order.
