Un-authorised debit of subscription fee

It is really horrid to see that companies ripping of people out of their pocket. While booking taxi, i waited for more than an hour and still have not got the taxi. While processing my booking i was asked to given my card details to proceed with booking and there was no clear mention or message about activation of my subscription. After few days, there was a debit of 39 Euros. This is really a hidden trap. I hope the company look into this and take action accordingly. I have raised a complaint with the company and waiting for their response on this regard. Attaching my email id to connect

Do NOT use this company!

Since I never got a confirmation email, I cancelled my booking and booked with another company. Nevertheless, they called me in the middle of the night, one hour before the taxi was supposed to arrive, to ask if I still wanted the taxi. And: you think you pay in advance for a taxi ride, but what they do, is they charge you a monthly fee.

After this review, I got a refund from them, so I have bumped them up from 1 to 2 stars, since they have actually listened to my complaints. I still think it’s very little trustworthy to trick people into a monthly subscription.

Was charged for a taxi booking that was cancelled. After posting a negative review however, bookeo have subsequently responded and provided a full refund. 3 stars given as in the end they have rectified the situation.

Use Uber

It took 15 mins to confirm the ride, then the wait time was estimated at 10 mins. Driver took 18 minutes to get to me and when I showed him that the app stated it was just under 17 Euros for the ride, he insisted it was 25 Euros and to be paid in cash.

Cancelled booking as no confirmation…

Cancelled booking as no confirmation recieved before we needed to leave for airport. Had email confirmation of cancellation. But apparently taxi turned up. Will wait to see if I am charged.

Totally scammers

Totally scammers! I tried it to book a taxi in Germany but it never worked. There was no information or notification about any monthly fee. I did not use the taxi service even once. But I got charged €39 every month after that for the following 3 month without any notification email! The subscription was NOT clearly disclosed during sign-up - no checkbox, no confirmation email, no warning before the "trial" expired.!!!

The taxi never came and I had to call…

The taxi never came and I had to call customer service to find out that the reservation didn't even appear in their system and it took almost another hour for the taxi to come after I explained it to them.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE

SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Tried to use them to book a one off taxi. Taxi never existed despite saying it would be there in 10 minutes.
Two days later credit card was charged €39. Used none of their services, and was not told of any subscriptions. Emailed them, got a seemingly legitimate response but tried to reply and my email has been blocked. Please be warned against these scammers.

Our taxi was late.

Our taxi was late.
I don't know if the problem was on your side or the taxi company's.
20 minutes before the designated time I got an email saying the booking was confirmed.
When I called the company some 3 minutes after designated time, it sounded as if they didn't know about the booking.

As withe everyone else, this company automatically subscribes you and takes money without warning or any email confirmation you've inadvertently subscribed. Thankfully, the bank flagged, blocked and sorted it. Scammy company, avoid at all costs.

We had a confirmed reservation time

We had a confirmed reservation time. After 5-6 attempts to contact the driver direct as listed in the confirmation, the driver was an hour late. The driver spoke no English. The email stated to pay the driver €5.40. At the destination the driver demanded €30. We missed our train and the connection in Strasbourg. Booked seat reservations are not refundable or transferable. Very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend your service to anyone.
