Absolutely excellent! Uber couldn't find any drivers after more than 20 minutes of trying. We had to het to the airport and tge Bookeo24 office actually phoned me to finish the booking as I was struggling to authenticate. Driver arrived in 5 minutes and we had a great drive to the airport and arrived in plenty of time.

Scammers!!!! We traveled to Como, Italy and installed your taxi app. There was no information or notification about any monthly fee. We did not use the taxi service even once. On the third day, €39 was charged for a monthly subscription . The subscription was NOT clearly disclosed during sign-up - no checkbox, no confirmation email, no warning before the "trial" expired.!!!

Hidden Subscription Trap – Fight Back and Get Your Money Back
I was charged €39.00 for a monthly subscription after a failed taxi booking. I never received a taxi because there was no availability, yet I was still hit with a recurring fee. The subscription was NOT clearly disclosed during sign-up – no checkbox, no confirmation email, no warning before the "trial" expired. The charge appeared under an obscure name (PTX*REZERVLY.IO) making it hard to identify.
Initially, Bookeo24 REFUSED the refund, claiming the terms were "clearly presented." Only after I threatened a chargeback and regulatory complaints (CCPC, SignalConso, etc.) did they agree to refund the money.
If you are a victim of this practice, DO THIS:
1) Contact your bank IMMEDIATELY – If the charge is still "pending," ask them to revoke the authorization before it's finalized.
2) File a chargeback – Use "Unauthorized Transaction" and "Service Not Received" as reasons.
3) Report to authorities – CCPC (Ireland), SignalConso (France), or your local consumer protection agency.
4) Leave a review – Warn other customers. Companies like this rely on people giving up.
Bottom line: They only refund when threatened. Don't let them get away with this. Fight back!

Be careful booking a taxi with this company on line.
I just wish that I had read all the reviews on Trustpilot before engaging with this company. I booked a taxi on line from a Havila Boat Cruise terminating in Bergen. Received confirmation and that was all , no reference numbers , taxi company name or contact phone number. Needless to say the Taxi never arrived . We were left stranded at the Havila Port in Bergen. I tried ringing Bookeo24, no answer. My husband had to walk to the main road from the port after waiting 30minutes to hail a taxi . This company, then had the audacity to debit my credit card 39 euros the following day and a further 39 euros just this week. I never knowingly ticked any boxes to set up a subscription , why would I when all we wanted was a one off taxi. ??? They are scammers and I have reported them to the credit card, who have blocked them and I will be reporting them to the FIA or Irish equivalent. Please noté that I have emailed Bookeo24 customer services and I am awaiting a reply.

Thought I was.booking a taxi. Charged 0.10 then they tried to take £39 three days later. The taxi never arrived. My bank blocked the payment of £39. Then received voicemail saying legal proceedings! Good luck with that judging by all these people saying it's a scam! Have now cancelled but wasn't clear it was a subscription service and taxi never turned up anyway!!!

Confirmation came late, the online booking site is misleading, on the provided number the operator just hung up on me. Instead of trying to understand my problem and discuss it.…
I was unable to discuss my problem and ask for information on the number they sent me in their already late coming verification message. I had no intention to miss the already ordered taxi but their unprofessional on the phone communication and weak online booking service made me to miss the ride and also let down the poor taxidriver (I am really sorry for his difficulty). After not receiving any confirmation in time after I already made the booking payment(not the whole payment for the taxi of course) I thought that the ordering failed. There was not any clear message on the page and the confirmation text message arrived late as I mentioned. Although I searched in English, and chose the english option on their site, after every time the pages on their site refreshed during the process it changed back to spanish. Their operator on the +34 932 25 00 00 number simply hang up on me instead of trying to understand the situation, the operator also refused to accept that this number was provided me and I did not call the wrong number.

Used them to book a taxi which never arrived then they charged my card £35 a month for a subscription service I was unaware of despite me immediatly following up with them after the failed taxi that I was unable to use their service. no subscription was ever communicated through email it appeared as a 10p deposit to activate my card for the taxi booking but was actually a 73hour trial period before starting monthly transactions. I didnt see the first transaction and they refused to issue a refund.
