Just like all the other stories here, I confirmed a taxi verified my creditcard for this ride. There was no taxi, but a monthly subsribtion of €39,- which was NOT mentioned. This compagny is the biggest scam ever! Please check your creditcard if you ever used this service or gave them your creditcard details because they will steal €39 every month!!!

I cannot believe this company is allowed to even operate... I am infuriated that I fell for them, they are a complete SCAM! Every review basically explains the exact same issue i had. I ordered a taxi with them, i made multiple calls as it never turned up and I got no help what so ever. In the end I had to cancel it, i was with my elderly mother and 2 babies so you can imagine the stress this caused. Then the absolute cheek to see they took 39 euro from my account, I assumed a mistake and they would refund... NOPE they said i was subscribed with them, honestly an absolute SCAM. Do not book anything with them, no one will turn up and you'll be listed in to their site without even knowing it and charged a subscription fee. Honestly I just feel angry they can do this to people, I really hope they get shut down soon so no one else gets scammed like clearly we all have.

I would do no stars if I could. I was desperate for a way to the bus station and I had luggage. I contacted this company online and was told they they would find a ride for me. I got an email saying that they did and gave me contact information. I then get another email saying they did not have a driver. I reached out to the driver and he did not respond to new I called and he did not answer. He then called and hung up.
Then this fake company called and they the driver called and said that the driver was there and no one was there. They told me to call the driver which I did but response.
Correction- initially when I reached out he did tell me about 25 minutes. But then after this company told me it was cancelled and then called me to say that he was here- driver stopped responding to me. Until I made other arrangements. He then called me crazy!

Don't use this website. They will charge a monthly fee (without saying anything) and you'll never get any taxi.
Note: Never trust their customer service which only answer copy pasted answer and will never refund you. Their site is built on people being traped without information about what they are paying, they should be investigated and closed.

Taxi never showed up, they don't answer the phone, they send me a phone from a taxi driver that didn't know anything about bookeo24 and he never had a reservation. They also ask you to prepay 0.10€ fe
Taxi never show. I was waiting outside the house for about 30min after the time they gave me. They send me a phone from the taxi driver that was supposed to come but he didn't know anything about my reservation or that company. He offered to send me a taxi for another price ghat was agreed. Then after I send the an email they answered back that the taxi came !!!!nobody showed up, nobody called as we agreed.

First, the taxi did not even show up.
Second, we were not properly informed that we had to pay a $39 fee within 72 hours. And for what exactly? Are you serious about this “subscription”? What kind of service are you even providing?
Third, they took the money before the 72 hours had even passed ,about 12 hours earlier.
We had to send dozens of messages and threaten to report them before they finally returned the money.
Shame, shame, shame.

Fraud. Steer clear
Same experience as everyone else on here. Booked a taxi ride in Lanzarote. Taxi never showed up after waiting for 20 minutes even though the online app showed 7 minutes for the taxi. Cancelled it on the app and hailed a taxi in the end. A few days later, credit card hammered for €39.
This company is an utter scam. There is zero information about a subscription. A price was shown for the taxi ride of €19 but as it never arrived, I simply cancelled it. The actual taxi I hailed was only €13 for the same journey. That is just for information though as these scammers don't appear to actually have any taxis.
Now trying to get our money back from our credit card company.
Shouldn't be too difficult given that this is clear fraud as evidenced by all these reviews.

Disgraceful and completely unreliable company.
We scheduled and prepaid for a taxi the day before an important early morning trip from Germany to the Netherlands. The booking was confirmed, yet the taxi simply never arrived. No driver, no message, no support — nothing.
We were left standing outside with our bags, stressed and helpless, and ended up missing our plans and paying a lot of extra money for alternative transport.
On top of that, they push you into a suspicious “free trial subscription” during booking, which feels extremely deceptive. It honestly feels more like a scam than a professional service.
If you actually need to be somewhere on time, do NOT trust this company. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

Absolutely horrible service — avoid this company at all costs.
We booked a taxi a day in advance for an early morning pickup from Germany to the Netherlands and even paid a reservation fee. They confirmed the booking, forced us into a shady “free trial subscription,” and then simply NEVER showed up.
We waited outside with our luggage for 15 minutes in the freezing morning near the mountains. No taxi. No call. No explanation.
Because of them, our entire journey was ruined and we had to spend a lot of extra money on last-minute trains. Total waste of time, money, and energy.
This company feels dishonest and scammy, especially with their sneaky subscription charges. A taxi service that doesn’t even show up after confirming is completely useless.
Unreliable, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
