My bookings keep getting cancelled!
I used to find Bookwell great, however every booking I have made more recently with Bookwell has been cancelled. It’s really frustrating when it happens just before the scheduled time- this weekend it happened and I was already waiting at the salon when I found out. They told me they got busy with walk in appointments and could no longer help!
It’s time that salons were penalised for cancelling appointments. It reflects poorly on the salon and Bookwell.
