Surprised they asked for this review seeing as to how the order went. Made an order and cropped the images to fit. I know I did this because my partner asked what was taking so long with the order, I explained I was cropping the images so that we didn't have photos of the kids missing half their heads. The photos arrived with the kids missing half their heads.

To be fair to them they were quick to put this right by offering a voucher to replace the order. I did have to cut the images of my kids up though (Boots this is proper weird by the way). So using the replacement voucher I crop the images again and order replacement photos. I email Boots to ask that they check specific photos to make sure the cropping wasn't ignored.

Photos arrive. Photos not cropped. Kids missing half their heads.

Same again, cut the images of your kids up and we'll sort you out. However this time I haven't been refunded and there hasn't been no further communication from boots despite me chasing. The only thing left now is for a charge back through the bank.

Real let down, spent weeks doing this and all I got was unusable photos

Basic beyond belief. So much clicking to get the simple design I wanted. Once ordered, there’s no visual anywhere of what I ordered. I was encouraged to sign up to Ceve to keep a record of my orders but having done so, there’s nothing saved there either. The tracking page doesn’t do anything when I input my order number. Est delivery was 1-4 July. Has it been delivered??? Who knows? I guess I’ll have to contact the recipient and ask - which let’s face it - is a rubbish position to be in. The general Boots website is outdated so I suppose I shouldn’t have expected the photo section to be any better.

The delivery from factory to Boots store took an age. Initially it was delivered to the store when the store was closed. It's almost laughable. That attempt was made more the 24h after I was notified that it was in transit.

Easy to use. Great photo quality and delivered on time. Very reasonable price.

Ordered £70 of photos to be printed including a fee for store delivery. Half the items sent to the store the other half missing. Online tracking has zero updates of use, staff in the store totally unclear on the order and collecting what was sent was a nightmare. They didn’t know how to find the deliveries, look up orders in the system and really seemed surprised to learn that Boots even offered this service. Total shambles. If I’d known it’d turn into a two store trips, two phone calls to complain and ultimately get a refund I’d had have just ordered from one of the many other photo printing services. Will never use this one again. Absolute pain!

Excellent quality, dead easy to customise and order, quicker delivery time and cheaper overall than expected. Epic service, will be using again and was exactly what I was looking for 😁😁

The photo used was very old, but the image on the cushion is clear.
Delivery was earlier than estimated.

Item never arrived on time for sons birthday, went to store to collect not there had a long wait and still didn,t turn up expected item to therefore be replaced refunded and delivered too my home but this wasn't done horrendous customer service and service in general

Bought this for a very good friend after the loss of his wife.
We have not gifted it to him yet as we are waiting for his birthday/Christmas.

I was very pleased overall with the quality of the photographs I chose for each month on the calendar.
I hope that the recipient will be pleased also as we are intending this to show our great affection for him and to celebrate the life of his beautiful wife and all she means to us.

Great service, quality prints and fast delivery.

Once I'd worked out how to do the albums it was easier and fairly straightforward. When I pressed the button to send it came up with error but not sure what the errors were. Looked ok to me but didn't say why there was an error. I had eight albums, one had about a dozen pictures missing obviously due to the errors. The albums are well made and the picture quality is very good. I probably didn't understand something properly so more explanation would have helped. I printed some of the missing pictures myself and put them in
