Just received my order today, ordered on 1/11/26. I purchased the Mirella Longline faux fur along with the Ravena hooded faux fur jacket. Both are beautiful and soft as can be. The Ravena jacket has a back tag that reads “Laseti” while the Mirella has zero tags. Neither jackets came with brand tags or product tags. The Mirella longline has eye hooks for closure except my hooks were left straightened. The website really makes you believe in Naia and Emma but i do believe this to be a company from China selling “values”

This is probably one of the worst vendors in SM platforms. DO NOT BUY... you will not receive item(s) and they avoid refunding money!! First of all, they claim they are USA based company... WRONG!!... items are shipped form CHINA!!!
I ordered two items on January 11... after waiting 3 weeks with no shipping info, I reached out and they responded the items were no longer available and offered to either choose something else or cancel. I requested to cancel Jan 26th. Today is February 10th... still NO REFUND! PayPal is involved but that too is taking too long as this vendor is probably also scamming PayPal!!

AVOID! Whatever you do . Do not buy anything from here . I ordered my jacket on the 2nd January and still 5 weeks later, I am waiting for it .

I love it! I get compliments EVERYWHERE. I’m 5’6” and the length will be in my shins. Such a great coat.

I had to have cleaner sew a button, with a loop to close it..

The coat is fabulous! Definitely looks like real fur. I see a lot of these faux furs on the streets of NYC and this coat doesn’t look like them because it looks so real.
I had an issue with delivery and when I reached out they quickly responded and resolved the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the Eden longline fur coat. It took almost a month to be delivered. The product did not look anything like the pictures on their website or social media. It was incredibly cheap looking. The small was way too big on me so contacted their support team to start a return. They said they would be charging an 8% handling fee that is not stated anywhere on their website or in the confirmation email. They first offered me a 25% refund and to keep the coat. I asked why a full refund and return was not possible and they offered a 35% refund and no return. When I asked the same question a third time they did not answer any questions and refunded the 35% without confirming with me. I was within my 30 day window of their claimed return requirements. Along with it being unworn. I highly doubt NOT recommend this company. Their product is misleading from their social media and their customer service is a nightmare.

This is a nightmare company if you do not want to keep what you bought. The coat was super cheap, way too small and not worth the price at all. They will not give a refund and try to convince you to keep the coat and offer 15% of your refund back. They make shipping back the coat very difficult and it is expensive. I would never recommend anyone to ever order from this site.

She is gorgeous! I got the brown Vera Faux Fur and it is everything I hoped it would be - its rich, comfortable, stylish and I'll be bringing it with me to Paris. I've ordered and returned many. This is the one, don't think twice about it.
