Do not buy from this business. I ordered a coat from them, it took very long to be delivered. When it finally arrived it was a coat with some other brands label on it. The coat looks nothing like the pictures. It is cheap and plastic like. When I tried to return it, they insisted on charging an 8% “handling fee” which would be deducted from my refund. This fee is not disclosed anywhere on their website, so I informed them that charging an undisclosed fee is a deceptive business practice. They then said I could have a 15% refund and keep the coat, which is not resolving the problem at all. They are refusing to give me my full refund. Just stay away from this brand.

Good quality for price, but very slow shipping
The faux fur coat was excellent quality for the price, my wife absolutely loved it. Shipping was very slow, though. Took nearly a week for the item to be sent to the shipper, causing what should have had a 1 week turnaround time to take over 2 weeks, so it arrived after Christmas.

I would give this “company” zero stars…
I would give this “company” zero stars if I could. They present themselves as a legitimate US based company, but after about few days it becomes very apparent this is a scam and their products and probably customer service is from China. The product itself (a faux fur jacket) took a whole month to arrive despite claiming it will only be 7-10 days. Once the product arrived, the label on the jacket did not match the brand they were representing. Additionally, the jacket itself was defective - one of the sleeves was sewn shut! When I reached out to their customer service, they did not want to take any ownership of the issue saying I needed to pay for return shipping and they keep an 8% restocking fee. When I pushed back saying the product they sent me was defective and didn’t match the description, they then tried to offer me only a 25% refund. Their response time is several days, and I am still demanding return instructions which I have yet to receive.
