Good apart from the courier not taking due care
Good website, got comms from the courier before Boss and courier dropped the box 7ft over a gate. Item was well packaged though and appears undamaged. Hopefully will work ok once gifted

There is a standard small paper booklet that is sent with our watches for our retailers, which our customer service team understood you also wanted, so they sent this to you also.
