Perfect packaging and amazing flowers

Even though the quality of the flowers is satisfactory, the communication and follow-up with Botané remains highly unsatisfactory. All communication is in Danish and therefore incomprehensible. An upgrade is desperately needed.
Why is it that when we want to rate something below 4 stars, we're not allowed to leave a comment?
This is unacceptable

What a quality!
The flowers are made in a great way and the vase is so beautiful.
The packaging was excellent and the kindness of Flora at the customers service so good.

I am very happy with the flowers, you can really order with your eyes closed. Botané has the best and most realistic flowers ❤️

Great artificial flowers. Nobody can recognize they are not real if you put them on a sideboard or similar… maybe not on the kitchen table, it’s visible when you have them right in front of you. Very satisfied.

I was so excited to get some realistic fake flowers after seeing their pictures and videos however they looked nothing like the pictures and cheap quality, I wanted to return them due to how expensive they were too. I asked the company to return for a refund and they expected me to pay further for a label. They eventually sent me a free one, I returned the item and it was never collected their end and despite having all the proof they are now unresponsive and won’t process my refund. Really poor experience and wouldn’t recommend buying from them, there are much better and more affordable flowers elsewhere.

I ordered flowers online from Botané Studios for a photoshoot, trusting their website’s promise of 2–3 day delivery. Instead, the flowers were only dispatched after 4 days, and then got lost in transit.

I contacted customer service three times asking for a refund, as the photoshoot was already over and I had to purchase flowers elsewhere. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed strikes in Italy – strikes that actually happened only for one day, and well after my order should have been shipped and delivered.

Very disappointing experience: unreliable shipping, no accountability, and no solution offered even when the service failed completely.

I love my flowers… they have changed the whole room and I smile every time I see them. Further more, they arrived with a wonderful tote I now use almost every day because of the long fit- win win!! :-D

Such a good product! Always get compliments about my botane flowers when having people over.

Overall High quality looking flowers. Although minor details reveal that it is plastic and not real. Lining of the flowerpetals and how they blend in with the stem could be done better to really elevate the product. But considering pricing it’s to be expected. Happy with my product.

Unfortunately it was nowhere mentioned that 33% of tax will be added when shipped to Switzerland- bought a bouquet for 75€ and got a 25€ surcharge from the custom authorities…
