I enjoy the selection of artificial flowers at Botané and am happy with my order (they included a lovely large tote bag). In case this can be of help to anyone ordering Botané (Denmark) to the USA... I was somehow charged a $35 customs fee for a parcel totaling $60. The box that came was opened, and I think customs may have thought they were real flowers (just an assumption). I called the carrier, UPS, and they think it could be because it is indicated that the flowers are made in China. I have purchased various things, from makeup to furniture, internationally that far exceed $60 and never had a customs charge for under $800.

I placed quite a few orders. Several I never recieved. As it has now been more than 6 months since I places my orders, and I still have yet to recieve some of my orders or a refund, which I have requested twice. I will now be going to forbrugerombudsmanden and file an official complaint. Please refund my money for the orders I did not recieve. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Beautiful flowers! Most realistic artificial flowers out there🌷

Really pretty and life-like flowers! Due to personal tase, I prefer the fake flowers that have a more realistic feel to them when you touch the petals (more plastic than paper/fabric I would say), so I had to look hard through the website to identify and order those that are not made with fabric - without visible lines of fabric in the photos at least - but I made it! Love the selection that I got and the person I offered my custom-made bouquet loved them as well! Just be warned, most of them are much bigger that I expected, yet still very very pretty! Hope they do last in time as well, but so far I'm very excited!

Quality is not as shown on the webshop. I contacted the customer service which gave a generic answer.

They advertise as high end, their prices are high end. The imagery looks great, good marketing, great high end feel of brand. The flowers - not so much. Up close they look bad, especially the green parts, it lacks detail and there is soooo much glue. I recommended them buying in their flowers @ sil-ka, they are a supplier b2b with superb quality and detail in flowers. Long story short; botane the brand is strong, the quality not so much.

I have already ordered 3 times and am delighted. Fast shipping and the flowers look very beautiful and almost real.

I bought a 180€ bouquet and it arrived not even assembled, neither cut or whatever, I had to buy special tools to cut them and realized their quality is absolute mid! I assembled the bouquet myself for 1 hour to look like the picture, there were pieces flying everywhere! Every Stem has a sticker on it which leaves an extremely sticky residue on the stem an on your hands. I like the look of them but I asked my friends what they would pay for such a bouquet and they said 30-50€ 💀💀💀

I bought a small bouquet of hydrangeas and unfortunately, they look really fake.
There's glue on the flowers and leaves everywhere. I now get why the flowers are photographed in non see through vases...
This is Temu quality for a high price. Once again some brand that puts lots of money into marketing/photography/instagram to let you believe you're buying a premium product.
