Update : they say to verify my bank, but in the referenced section no place to add my bank account.

Annoying adds. Go away. Please stop the annoying adds. Fuuck off. I dont care. Ill review all adds negative ly if i find them annoying. Im legally allowed to just like youre legally allowed to steak from people by manipulation them into given you those sweet sweet commisions and what not. For what? I bet most your users lose money.

Was thinking of using this app but it is clear from the reviews it's nothing but a scam really. Any so called organisation with bad customer service should not exist. These guys seem like grade 1 scammers. The responses to other reviews also put me off further ..'Contact us/get in touch'..?? Can you not read? There is no point in contacting you guys as you do nothing!!!

Absolute Rubbish! Lost over £800 in a few months! Tried multiple bots but you never win! This App is more manipulated than the market itself! The ONLY people making money here are the scammers operating this app!

It is so disappointing the feedback from others that I have decided not to invest. Poor customer service with no one to speak with, problems with money transfers and it seems an investment strategy that needs to be rethought It looks like more people loose money than gain.

Sorry but needs to be kept at arms length and not worth the risk.

about 1,5 year ago i noticed some information about a new app concerning bitcoin handling, called Bots. I am and was no expert in bitcoin so i decided to step into Bots. I have not regret that step for one day, in contrary i have been able to do some very nice things because of that. I can confirm to any-one that it has been a very profitable period for me after this day. You hav eto be patient some times but overall it was a perfect choice

Absolutely poor service ! I transferred money into there account and its not there. No response from there chat bot and a poor email response!

recently started using the botsapp with the get50 campaign. Received the free €50 right after the deposit! Such a cool concept. Very curious on how this app will develop!

Banxa took my money and it never showed up in the app.

Customer services don't bother to respond.

Eventually I got to communicate with a human who arranged a refund.

I give 2* as the "refund" wasn't a refund, but instead allocation of funds to my bots.io account.

This process took much longer than it should have.

It's up to you if you want to take the risk, I however will not be adding to my investment on this platform until I see some returns.

Update - I've changed my review to 3* because I have now successfully used the banxa payment option without issue, and while my investments currently show a marginal loss (after a week) these bots are designed for the longer term so currently I am not concerned. Customer support needs attention.

Scaamers. Į placed money in my account and transaction got canceled, and yet no money in bank account or account balance….. ant this happened 2 weeks ago. Time for lawer

Bots.io certainly is not a scam.
I have been on their platform for more then a year now, 15 months to be exact.
I tried almost all of their bots, small amounts and big amounts, when transfering money back to my bank account, never had any problems.
Bots.io is a plaform for many different bot creators.
Some botcreators have many profitable bots like Dembots and Altrady problem is that they are mostly full.
Other botcreators have many terrible loss making bots like boosting alpha and team agga, the most loss making bots are also full, i guess they just blocked them, i mean who is eager to put their money in these bots?
The description of some of the bots is childish and provides little info about what they do.
The bots app in general works fine, rarely they had hicups withs system upgrades, but this also happens with coinbase and others.
My advice is to clean up the platform and remove the bad bots as soon as possible, as they are hurting the reputation of the platform tremendously, twist the arms of the good bot creators to make more good bots available, why not create Reven.bot no. 2 ? And so on.
Provide a more professional description of the bots.
I am now in a good bot and yes it is still available creating a decent profit in correlation to what the market is actually doing and planning to stick around for as long as possible.
But it was quite a journey with a lot of disappointments on the way due to bots making a loss while the whole market was moving up, get rid of these garbage bots, as they will slow down the succes of the platform.

HILARIOOUSLY BAD. The btc and crypto market is hitting new all time highs. This lot havent moved in 6 months. Only 50 euros put in as a test. Only getting to withdraw 32 eu. How can you lose 40% in a bull market?? A joke.. or more realistically, an INSTAGRAM SCAM.

Scam, I had 3 different bots and their final outcome was money loss. This was not due market price going down.

Whole app is focused on nice graphic desing and comercials, but when it comes to displaying relevant info they are trully terrible.

I invested 100€ and I am now withdrawing ~75€.

Please do not invest.

modern ponzi scheme..you deposit, they deduct a small fee and then you can't withdraw. they'll disappear with your money.. stick with coinbase or crypto.com people. every schmuck develops and app these days to scam people

The concept is fine, but the product is not. I read a lot of reviews here and after a day, i determined to register even it seems like untrustworthy. They require a mobil number, i said it couldn’t be a problem, unfortunately it was. I couldn’t even register because it said that you don’t have an account for this number even when i tapped sign up. It is buggy and until i consider it untrustworthy, i couldn’t determine myself in using this app.

Edit: The problem was solved and are using their service daily.
