The concept is good, but it needs to be polished a little bit.
This app works with money, so it should be much more detailed about how the trading bots work, and when is it the best time to run them.
My concerns:
-Most of the bots are long bots, and they will not perform well during a bearish market condition, and it would be nice if you would let this know clearly. Most of the bot trading platforms allow users to modify the trading parameters, but we have no option to do that in the app. That is why clear communication is important.
-It would be nice to get market info from the app straight by TradingView.
-Most of the popular bots are full due to market cap limitation, so it would be nice to have a notify me button when a bot is available
-Excluding the bot's stop loss, it would be nice to have stop-loss integrated into the app
-Need for a dedicated support team in English too. I have received answer to my English question in Dutch.
Your welcome!

This app has a lot of potential, but can (and should) make big steps in customer support and providing customers with much needed basic information. Every day people join the bots discord with the same questions, for months now.
Updates on the app are slow, they seem more focused on the marketing aspect by getting as much people on board/investing as possible instead of addressing critical flaws in the app.
A selection of flaws:
- Graphs of started bots are unreliable and often incorrect.
- Graphs of not-started-bots are misleading, it is not realistic as people who start a bot will expect large profits in the first weeks. The graphs include the compounding factor of people who started the bot weeks/months/more than a year ago, this is fine for long term, but gives unrealistic expectations and leads to many questions and disappointed or confused customers.
- Customer support makes false promises on when to get back on certain issues. The company announces (for example) partnerships with new botbuilders with a certain "launch month" of many new bots, for various reasons this may or may not happen, but this is not communicated to customers even months after the promised new bots.
- Customer support is unexperienced, this should not be a problem if they are guided by someone with a lot of experience. Customer support gets frustrated and have difficulty staying professional when customers ask critical questions/complaints, instead people who complain about certain things repeatedly may even be banned from the server, customers are frustrated and do not get clear/open/satisfying answers. Instead they are told that their complaints will be passed through to the team and that's it. Basic questions may need weeks or even months to be answered.
- Some of the big Bot builders provide more support than the actual BOTS support. They repeatedly answer basic questions which should not have to be asked as most of them can be easily addressed in the app.
- They have implemented a liquidity model (LM) to protect users from big losses by not submitting the full order when the system decides there is not enough liquidity in the market for this pair, which is noble because this will limit the income for botbuilders as they receive a fee for all transactions.
However, this system is flawed and RevenYou is not transparent about this model and ignores complaints of customers about this model, the system seems to limit orders by 90-99% even on top5 volume pairs which means only a very small fraction of the assets on that bot are used on that particular order.
A negative side-effect is that the remaining 90-99% is blocked and can not be used for another order, even if there is enough liquidity for that pair.
- BOTS have improved their API, this gives bot builders an opportunity to keep pushing orders to bots / the exchange and receive feedback on whether these orders have been filled completely or not.
Bot builders can keep pushing these orders until the full buy or sell position is filled, this makes the LM unnecessary, this is a good thing, however, old bots will not be transferred to this new API version.
This means that well performing bots (when the LM does not interfere) keep being limited by this flawed LM system even though there is a solution: upgrading them to the new API version.
I like the concept and I am impressed by the performance of some of the bot builders, but I fear customers (and perhaps even botbuilders) will be looking elsewhere if they do not fix these critical flaws and become more transparent and honest to customers.
Lastly, most of the last 5 star reviews are (confirmed on discord) employees of BOTS, I'll let you be the judge on that.

Most of the recent five star reviews are given by employees of the company. Their founder Michiel Stokman e.g. wrote under his own name "Super nice app with Bots with which I really get a lot of profit." (translated by Google). A financial company manipulating Trustpilot reviews is as big of a red flag as they get.

Amazing app! It is really easy and you learn a lot about trading and crypto if you join their discord.
