I like the gel, it gives a strong hold and a cast. But you really need to use it right to not have Grassy looking hair.

Very slow delivery of a product ordered 3 weeks before Xmas. Then, when I made enquiries about delay got a bounce-back email saying closed for xmas holidays. However after xmas company was in touch and agreed to deliver my product to person in a different country. Then it was delayed further by a request to pay vat on delivery! Eventually all sorted. 'info' team at Boucleme kept good communication with me which was appreciated.

It seems to be the wrong product for my hair type, which is fine-normal 2c-3b curls and therefore easily weight down. I like the gel a lot and I can recommend the curl cream for refreshing dried out curls. But the curl cleansers (both for wavy and for curly hair) both didn't seem right for my scalp, which is generally on the dry side of the sprectrum. My hair got some more grip, but looked incredibly oily.

Love these products, my curls have never been easier to manage or looked so good and the products smell amazing, so easy to order and really efficient delivery

Loved the products - so good and such a good smell!

My first try of curly hair routine, and this was pretty great, I have short hair and a lot of trouble with normal products who burns my head skin, but here I use mostly the shampoo, I have no problems, just have to wash it a bit more than usual because it's natural products and my hairs isn't used to it. But that really change my confort in my life. I really love the smell and all the products.

I like the product and got a large 1l bottle but no pump came with the bottle so it needs to be decanted. After almost €60 I think a pump would have been useful

Love these products, my hair feels great and less dry and frizzy after the shampoo and conditioner. The creme and gel always guarantee a good hair day for 2-3 days!

I already know the quality of the Boucleme products from buying in the UK, so I wasn't surprised when I received the same excellent products in Europe! What surprised me was being outside of the UK in a location that sometimes even the local post has trouble finding and both parcels were delivered really fast. I did get a bit worried because of the location where I was and the customer services were always really friendly and reassuring. I definitely recommend this brand!

The products do exactly what they claim to do, and more. They are easy to use and smell amazing - natural, not synthetic. Also, after my purchase of the 30 day challenge hair products, I received weekly e-mails giving me extra tips and information about the use of the products. Definitely a fan!

Product sent within 2 weeks of purchase, with a free sample, which is a nice touch. Packaging is all recyclable also, so happy all around.

All in all very sad shopping experience.
The root refresher gave me an allergic reaction my scalp was hurting for days after washing it straight out. All products have a very intense smell. The only products I was able to use is the Gel. Was only allowed to send back the Root Refresh as the others where 100ml sizes paying the delivery costs by myself for 16,80€. I had a 10€ voucher for 4 Products and they subtracted 5€ for the one Product I gave back. So finally I got a refund of 7 euros (subtracted dispatching costs) I would never order again with Bouclème not worth it.

The cleanser did not work for me: left my hair feeling greasy. Had better experience with co-washing products from other brands. The hair gel smells nice, yet the hold is very weak (I have think hair). Might work for people with thin hair by not for me. Will not purchase any product from this brand again
