Still waiting for order - now received
I have edited this - I ordered my products (site was very easy to get around and use) and they were shipped the same day as the order. I received a tracking link which I have been checking everyday and there is no change in over a week so I had no idea where my products were. I contacted Boucleme and I have to say their customer service is very good. They chased the courier but to no avail so they resent another order through a different courier and I have now received them. A special thank you to Charley in Customer Service.

Dont get me wrong I love your products but in my last order got the revive oil and the pump nossle doesnt work so I have to open it to dispense out which is very messy and annoying
In fairness a replacement pump was issued to me but that broke again within 2 uses so just relly bad quaility on this particular product.

Second purchase of their scalp scrub
Second purchase of their scalp scrub. So detoxifying, with long lasting results. I use it once a month and it helps my scalp to stay well-balanced. Can't wait to use it again. A little pricy for the quantity though. As I am living in France I had to order it directly on the UK website to minimize the price but it is a must have for me.

Very fast shipping, good products. I have light wavy hair and i bought the products, hydrating shampoo, conditioner,curl definig gel and hold styler for my type of hair as recommended on the internet site. After I got used to not touching my hair before the hair is entirely dry as described on the site I got a really good result. My waves stay in place and my fine hair is not greasy anymore and heavy. I am really satisfied even if it takes a bit longer for the styling because you have to wait complete drying before crunching and get soft waves or curls.Thank you, i will buy again.

I started my curly journey some months ago and I couldn't find the right products for me. There is a lot of information around and you can get lost in the middle of it.
I found the 30 day challenge on Boucleme and I thought to give it a try. I'm not disappointed.
I've washed my hair only twice with the products but you can see very good results right from the first time.
A part form that, I LOVED the follow-up emails I received giving me tips&tricks on how to use the products to obtain the best results. That helps A LOT.
I would recommend Boucleme without a doubt.

Waited two weeks only to receive the wrong order. (Ordered three things and received two completely different products.) No telephone number to call but at least I got an email back within 24 hours. Now waiting for the replacement... another week lost.

Need to work on their Green credentials
Know & love their gel. Forst time ordering from the site. Delivery was relatively quick, very disappointed with the amount & type of packaging, no attempt at being environmentally friendly.
Also I booked an online curl consultation but multiple emails were required to confirm the time (due to a website error I think) & then I had to send follow up email to get my voucher code.
