Boucleme always offer an excellent service. The reason for 4* rather than 5* is because I am still not sure about the new conditioner. I definitely works but the fragrance is very strong that when I use it as a leave in conditioner it makes my eyes water and lips burn, slightly. It smells like a Christmas candle too. A bit strange.

I bought the wave bundle a week ago. Complete waste of money, I hair has not been this bad for years: flat, limp and dry looking. Very disappointed.

I'm absolutely obsessed with the Seal and Shield Collection. My hair has held up so well and I've seen a reduction in frizz from humid days. Gorgeous smelling products. The new cream is my current favourite cream to dry refresh with too!

I can't fault the company and delivery etc was great, but the curl cream and curl gel are not good for me. My hair is really greasy and limp after using these together as advised. Will try separately. But disappointed for the price of them.

Love the smell. To begin with I found the cream and gel weren’t strong enough for by 2b waves/curls but it is great for a refresh day and makes my hair super curly.

I started off just getting the curl defining gel and have been so pleased with it that I've been gradually branching out to more and more of their products. It takes a bit of trial and error to find the right combo and method for you (I still use a cowash most the time and their shampoo every 3 or 4 washes)

I’ve tried to buy Bouclème products twice from the european website but in both situations the parcel was loosen either the delivery company has the shipping details updated to delivered. I’ve learned my lesson and gonna buy the products from look fantastic that has better prices and a more trustworthy delivery.

I bought a small bottle of Curl Defining Gel from Boucleme by mistake and then decided to get a larger one. They gave a friendly and helpful response and the exchange is now in progress. This is the second or third bottle I have had: a very good product, as is their Curl Cream. They suit my curly hair very well.

My hair loves Boucleme products :) I have been using them for nearly 2 years and would not change to anything else.
Although, I would like to see improvement in packaging as I feel like it is a lot of plastic (even if the products last for a long time). It would be nice to see an option for refills!
