I have just wasted 45 minutes trying to register on this terrible app. The Boundary Outlet app must be the worst there is !! Navigation is blighted by ridiculous blocks on the registering procedure. No explanation or advice included. Shop elsewhere and don't waste your time.

I visited the Sheffield branch today with my daughter to buy a dress for my wife as a gift.
I was unsure what to buy but a lovely member of staff Mell who was working on the Roman clothing helped me make my decision, she was polite and very helpful throughout my visit to your shop

Loved this store in walsall staff were so helpful and friendly, got everything I wanted and more thank you walsall.

Customer service as it should be!!!!! Gemma on the 'Tripp' section in the Walsall store was nothing but professional, informative, polite and definitely deserves to receive positive feedback for her representative role for Boundary Mill .

Went to boundry mills outlet walsall yesterday. Got served by two ladies by the names of Sue T and Lianne. I have to say these two ladies deserve employee of the month. They were so polite and extremley helpful. They helped us sort our boundry mill application discount out. We fumbled quite a bit but these ladies were amazing not rushing us and telling us not to worry and take our time. It is not often that you get 2 people who serve you today that take there time and help you like they did. Boundry mills you should be proud of these two ladies and keep hold of them. Me and my husband just wanted to thank Sue T and Lianne for being so patient and kind to us. Well done boundry mill.

Visited the store in Walsall today first time for about 3 years. Lovely service in the cafe and so reasonably priced. I bought some Debby ware to complete my set, very pleased. Will definitely be going back.

I visit shiremoor boundarymill store often and was always in for some time and had coffee but since before Christmas I can’t stand being in for long as the music played is so depressing I lose the will to shop and I love music and shopping I even asked members of staff what they thought and they thought the same as me I feel sorry for them at least I could get out of there
want be going back in a hurry

No hot food at 5pm, only sandwiches made with smart price fillings and stale bread. Coffee burnt and nasty taste, stains in the cup. Very disappointing as used to be nice venue for a quick bite.

Went here for the first time before Christmas, spent hours there looking around! Majority of my gifts for other people were from here!

Terrible member of staff (Sharon on Colour Roll) shouted at me in the shop loud enough that people looked to see what was going on. She was unhelpful it was clear she wanted to go home as her shift finished. I will be emailing head office about her vile manor. I walked out without buying anything.

Visited Boundary Mill Shiremoor today. No problem with the store itself, bit BB's cafeteria is a shambles. The queue for food & drink is the slowest I have ever been in as the guy at the till taking payment also had to run out to take hot food to the tables & he also had to keep running out to sanitize the tables & it was busy, people ended up sitting at un-sanitized tables. The cheese scone I bought might have been tasty if it had been fresh, but it was far from fresh & it was wrapped in cling film. I think these had been from the day before.

Wont be going there again I'm a coach driver with 25 passengers who spent a lot of money there because I only had 25 pax they wouldn't give me a meal voucher as you have to have 26 pax to get meal voucher clothes very expensive there what a joke hope all you coach drivers see this comment

Shopping at the mill is an experience not to be missed, and the restaurant is another story that needs addressing, no entitlement to make an honest complaint without them trying to make you wrong, this wouldn't happen in a respectful environment, undercooked fish served with a chef that obviously doesn't know the difference

The staff at Boundary mill in Colne are lovely and extremely helpful especially Joel in the shoe department. I wanted a particular pair of boots but they didn’t have my size on the shop floor or in the back. So I started looking to see if there were any other boots that I liked. When a few minutes after Joel appeared with the boots I wanted. Unbeknown to me Joel had gone and checked a few more places just to see if they had them. He didn’t have to do this and I’m so grateful that he did, he gave great customer service and is an asset to your store. Thanks again Joel !

Not a review bad enough to explain the absolute abomination of this store. Totally unprofessional and ill mannered management. Cheap over priced stock. The store is an health and safety hazard, To be honest there is better looking landfill sites. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ladies on dining ware extremely helpful, patient and approachable. Fabulous customer service. Also cashier very polite and helpful. Visit from stoke on trent often and never had a poor experience. All staff friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed with the menu on offer in the restaurant. No mains gluten-free option available. Only offered some options for snacks. If I had wanted a snack I would have gone to the cafeteria. Also I was informed this morning (when I attended the store) that the cushions I had had on order for 6 MONTHS was no longer available as it was end of the season!!! Certainly wasn’t end of season when I ordered them. To make matters worse I attended the store twice in person during this time and had made a telephone call as well chasing up the cushions all to no avail. To matters worse no one had even bothered to ring me re any problems. Customer service fell way below acceptable on these two occasions.

I visited Boundary Mill yesterday,and spent forever trying to find the right sized box of shoes to purchase, after eventually finding and trying on one that I liked.Then along came Barbara, the lady in charge I believe, of the Dune shoe department.She was so helpful, found me the box of size 4 shoes I wanted,even waited while I tried on a size 5, just to be sure,boxed up the size 4's which were fine and even returned, to another part of the store, the shoes I no longer wanted, all with a cheerful disposition and a smile.Thank you Barbara you are an asset to Boundary Mill.👌

Store opens at 10am Sunday but tills don’t open till 11am, very annoying standing waiting while watching staff chatting until tills open automatically. Food in restaurant poor compared to what it used to be. Breakfast barely warm, fried eggs hard, soon after they opened, everything tasted as though it had been kept warm. Coffee not good. Such a shame , it’s a lovely restaurant.

Shiremoor store looking great with the update, more space and good selection TILL IT COMES TO BEDDING! -Yes there is lots of chose and makes but out of ALL of those there are no nice patterned covers with STUDS - very disappointing!
Buttons are hopeless, the button holes stretch after some washes and keep coming undone not to mention they are useless for people with arthritic hands where as studs you can literally use your fists!
