Stay away and save yourself some trouble. Going for a refund /dispute with my bank. I always get a full refund with my military bank but I’m disappointed in this so called “company“. They don’t ship the product at all. It never leaves CA. “ label created not in the system” status for over a month. Unprofessional, probably a scam. Stay away!
Update on order
month and a half since ordered zero response to email inquiries , called and they would look into it and no reply.. Call them back and now offering partial refund for an order their tracking shows never got out of CA. Had to go to Paypal for help.. Update: Finally got dock lights and so far pleased with the look and function!

Boundery is a complete scam
Boundery is a complete scam. Do NOT do business with these people. I placed an order with them on 5/1/2020 for which they immediately charged my credit card in full ($71.96).
On 5/11, I received an email from Boundery stating:
"Due to additional precautions being taken at our fulfillment center and with our delivery carriers related to COVID-19, orders may take a little longer than usual to arrive. Rest assured, we'll continue to update you on the status of your order, including tracking number, as soon as your order is with the local delivery carrier! " Yada, yada, yada...
On 5/21/2020 Boundery sent me an email stating "Your order is on the way". They provided me with a tracking number to "Track your shipment to see the delivery status." I immediately checked the tracking and there was no information available. So, I emailed Boundery asking for a status update and accurate tracking details so I could monitor my order's progress. I received no response. On June 3rd, I still had not received my order and I, once again, emailed Boundery customer service and included my order number and the shipping details they had previously sent. I received the following response:
June 3 - "It appears that your order has experienced a delay in shipping due to the current crisis we are experiencing worldwide. This is not the experience we would like you to have. We are attempting to resolve this issue, however, we are unable to guarantee an updated delivery time at this moment. This is really affecting our shipping productivity. Our parcel has been picked up from our warehouse and will soon be en route:
(https:// ...showing that my order was delivered to an address an hour and a half away from my home). We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is very important to us. Your patience and understanding in this regard are much appreciated. We know that you will love the product once it arrives-please gives us another chance to fulfill your item. Also on 6/3 - I replied back expressing concern that it appeared that they had sent my order to an address other than mine...one that was, in fact, over an hour and a half away from my home. And I got this response:
"Sorry for the confusion, please disregard my previous email. This is the correct status of your order. We apologize for the shipping delay. Your order was delayed by the shipping carrier, which is unfortunately out of our control. However, the tracking information shows that your order is on it’s way to the courier. We are attempting to resolve this issue with the delivery carrier, however, we are unable to guarantee an updated delivery time at this moment. This is really affecting our shipping productivity. Due to the pandemic, the movement in shipment really impacted the process because of a lack of manpower and workforce that limit the service of our partner courier. Our parcel has been picked up from our warehouse and will soon be en route:

On 6/15 - I sent another email to Boundery checking on my order. I received this response: "Thank you for contacting Boundery! My sincere apologies for the delays. We are really having issues with the shipping right now due to the crisis we are experiencing worldwide. I understand that this is really frustrating. I am too a customer and I don't want my orders to experience issues while in transit. We can no longer control the shipment of this since it's on our courier's side and we are communicating thoroughly to resolve this issue. We want you to experience our products and reassure you will receive it as soon as possible.
We hope for you understanding and patience. For the delay, we would like to offer you an immediate 20% refund. If you wish to choose this option, we will process an immediate refund of 20% of your purchase price and still get the product. Please reply directly to this email if we may be of further assistance. Today - 6/24/2020 - I sent the following message: John, It has been nearly 2 months since I placed my order. Please issue a full refund immediately. I'm not interested in a 20% discount for product I will never see. Boundery, of course, said they can't cancel/refund my order because it's already been shipped. I have filed a claim with my bank - I'll let them deal with these SCAM ARTISTS for now.

HIDDEN £38 TAX! Beware
Ordered some LED strip lights, 4 for £57 BUT FedEx now want £38 import tax as goods came from outside the UK. DON'T ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN UK or you will be hit by tax that increases your cost by 40%
Adding insult to injury, only 3 of the 4 work meaning each working light cost me £31.67 EACH! Needless to say, no reply now from customer service. Bunch of THIEVES!

Don't ever buy from this company, they are a scam. Ordered my lights from them off of Facebook, they never arrived, sent 2 emails to them. They never responded. Learned my lesson to look at reviews before you buy from any company.

These are the options they provide me and by the way they don't honor!!!!!!

Option 2: Issue RMA. Return the entire order with RMA included, pay for return shipping, and receive a full refund minus restocking fee of $7.50 after the returned package is received.

Absolute scam and company lies about the order process. I received an email stating my order was shipped and waiting about ten days and nothing. I emailed them and they said the order was still processing and was not shipped. They did not even know they sent the other email. They even go as far as posting a “satisfaction for 30 days” link on their site that does not exist when you click it. STAY AWAY - complete scam company.

Don't Buy Without Reading Reviews
I received them and they looked great when I first lit them. Then after an hour or so, they began to go off and could not be turned on again for a period of time (20 to 30 minutes). They do not stay lit and I would not recommend purchasing them. I only wish I would have searched for these reviews before making my purchase. I would definitely not have bought them.

I accidentally ordered a duplicate order. Boundery contacted me stating that they noticed I had erroneously ordered a duplicate and did I want to cancel it. I responded that I wanted to cancel the duplicate order. No response. Lo and behold, I received the duplicate order. I again emailed them stating this fact. No response. Isn’t it amazing that they don’t actually have a customer service phone number? Finally after getting entirely pissed I returned the duplicate order by USPS. They received it 8 days ago and I still don’t have my refund.

I ordered and paid for lights I saw advertised on Facebook on April 24. When I hadn't heard anything, I sent an email asking for the status. I get an email almost immediately that says they are getting prepared for shipping and here is your tracking number. The tracking number has never changed from On its Way to USPS (picked up by shipping partner, USPS awaiting item Inglewood, CA). This is total crap because I wanted to use these during the holidays. They offered some of my money back because of their return policy. I just filed a PayPal claim because it doesn't even look like I'll have these in time for the 4th of July. I get items from China all the time through Wish. I don't understand what's so difficult about getting them sent from California.

This F!&$#%Company advertised their products on Facebook and never came through with the merchandise. I knew right away it was a SCAM because I did not receive the customary order information email. Instead, I received an ‘oops’email that stated that I hadn’t completed my order when in fact they swept the money out of my PayPal account right away.

These guys have no integrity. As described elsewhere, they accept orders, promise delivery and take your money - then comes the "out of our control" B.S. about delivery couriers for USPS (there is no such thing) and COVID-19 delays. When (if) they get back to you it's the same story and they can't provide tracking numbers, carrier names, carrier pick-up confirmation or any other tangible information supporting their story. I wish that I lived closer to Carlsbad - they need a really pissed-off customer to stop by their office and have a "come to Jesus" conversation with them. AMEX returned my money, but justice remains to be done.
And now on 6/27, after another 2 weeks, I received 3 more non-informative emails and a "wish to speak with me to resolve this dispute" message. So I supplied my phone number and no one calls. Again - nothing factual or tangible, just vague excuses and apologies. These guys should be put out of business.

This company is nothing but a big scam!!!! I ordered lights on 05/7/20 and have not received anything!!!! They stole $188.81 from me and I am going to report this company to the BBB and call the authorities and call my CC company... nothing but thieves......I cannot even get an answer after several email attempts regarding my order SO632607!!!!

I placed a order and never received it. Just as the same comments that all you have received. I am going dispute with my bank tomorrow.
Bad for business
I placed an order on April 26 and never received the shipment. The order confirmation stated my product would ship between 14-21 days. It’s obviously been longer than that at this point. Additionally, I have sent three emails to the info address ,the last one being yesterday, and I still have not received any response. My next step is to contact PayPal and have the amount refunded to my account. I’m not paying for something I didn’t receive.
