Agree these puck lights are not waterproof as claimed. Disappointed how quickly they stopped working.

IO ordered the motion sensor lights that were on special. I received NO receipt for purchase, no communication at all and no trakig number. over the month of wonder what was going on with Boundery, I called customer service to cancel the order 5 days after i placed the order. The only info I received from customer service on the phne was a clipt recording stating that that Boundery was not tkin any phone calls and then I was hung up on--over and over for 2 weeks. Today I called customer service again finally contacting a human in Philippines. I told her that I had been trying to cancel the order for weeks. She told me I could not cancel the order bwecasue she sasw that the items had been shipped. I asked her why I received no notification nor tracking number and she stated that customer service would be sending me the tracking info. This info has not arrived. She also said that she was sending me the label to return the product once the product arrives. The label never arrived in my email. I get a sense that this business is not really on the up-and-up. Something is very wrong with Boundery.

I looked at a facebook ad for this company and put in my information but never completed the order. 30 days later I received an email explaining the delay of delivery. I called the company and explained that I had not ordered and wanted to cancel. They told me I could not cancel. I would have to wait and get an Rma# and return, pay for shipping and a restocking fee. I told them I would file a complaint with PayPal and I have. Paypal is still looking into the issue. I also notified facebook about this fraudulent ordering process and Boundery's response.

I'd give them no star but a one star is lowest you can give them. They got me for 180.00. They suck. Don't waste your money. You won't get what you order. I ordered 3 months ago and have not received my order

Ordered lights may 24. Still have not received them. It’s July 5. Terrible terrible company. I reported them to better business

I purchased 2 orders of lights from them as they upsell you by pretending that there is a limit to how much you can buy. When you get to the third upsell you realize what they are doing. They create false demand for the product. It took over a month to receive the product. The company blamed world events in the delay of shipping the product. When I received the lights, I began installing batteries into the lights. One of the lights had a contact spring missing. I sent an email and asked for a replacement. I never received a reply. A few weeks later, I sent another email. This time I received an email stating that the 30 day warranty had expired! Boundery cited the order date! I didn't receive the lights for over 30 days after ordering! Pretty bad business plan when you incorporate losing repeat business. The lights themselves are NOT waterproof as claimed. You will go through batteries extremely fast. The lights would be cool if they worked as advertised. Judging by the rating here, people realize that this product is closely resembling a scam.

This company is crap..they tell you 6-8 bussinesse days for delivery and months later nothing ..then refuse to refund your money...they should not be able to sell anything ..scam company !!!!

Damn, I just got scammed! Spent $109.72 for lights. Have received nothing!

As with all the complaints here I too was taken by these scammers for over $140.00. I cannot believe I got taken their site looks so legit. It’s been over three months since I sent my money off. I can’t locate the transaction on my bank statements, but I also cannot remember which bank I used so guess I’ll be going through months of statements in three banks. I’m reporting it as a fraudulent charge and hope I can get money refunded!

I will never use this company again, they refuse to acknowledge your order and take your money they are a scam, DO NOT USE! this is your WARNING!

And another scammed, I should learn to read the reviews before ordering. Nine days trying to get their customer support, Boundery must laugh at all the complaint e-mails whilst they are banking our money........One saving grace that might get money back is purchased through Paypal. I am just hoping Paypal gets my money back from them....

Chinese scammers.

They will make up silly stories about how your name is incorrect, your address is incorrect or your order is non-existent. They even forge fake tracking records to show that your order has "left" their warehouse (probably just a sad middle aged guy living in a hazy basement of a dilapidated complex).
Their site is fake, their videos are fake, their "couriers" are fake, their wares are cheap fire hazards from some Chinese dumpster and all their drivel about some infos being wrong are just scams. My order never arrived and they insisted that my address was written wrong, despite being quoted as correct.
Since they pretend they're from the US, if any of you pals from America manages to track them down and give them a hard time with local authorities, it would be great. Unfortunately there's little we can do against the Chinese representative, but you never know.
Steer clear. I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering. Now I'll do it every single time before placing a 1st time order. And shame on Facebook accepting ads from con artists. They should at least verify is a company is real or not.

To all of you: be VERY wary of a website that has an entire section about how they refuse refunds under any circumstance and are very detailed about it. It should already smell bad. In Boundery's case, it is rotten fish.

Complete scumbags ! Same old story as everyone else, over 2 months now, and i was issued a tracking number almost immediately and it says its still in california waiting on the courier. They took my money two months ago and i'm still getting the run around !
My only hope is I paid via paypal so have started a complaint through them.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Legal thieves operate this company. Spent $100 on simple solar lights, never have received anything. Everywhere I look the same complaints of not getting product and this lame company's excuses for not providing merchandise to those who have paid for it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE, REPORT THEM TO THE B.B.B.

The company info states it is a California licensed corporation but it isn't. This is a Chinese scam company and will never provide a product or a refund of your money spent. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY< EVER!!!!!!!

UPDATE (7/20/2020):
I finally received my order on 7/8, 11 weeks later!
The items were in good condition and after a mirriad of all my emails I received a 40% off. I took off that they are a scam, because I cannot claim that anymore and will add a star because I received the order. However, I will not buy from them again, because of the aggravation and the time I spent trying to get my order. It is unfortunate because I like their products, but I cannot recommend them. Besides, I see from many other post that I am not the only one. Their return policy is also unacceptable. They clearly have a problem.

I placed an order on 4/22 and to this date (6/29) never received it. I sent an email on 6/16 and got a response saying: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may experience during this process. In normal circumstances, our delivery time only takes at least 1 to 2 weeks. But due to the coronavirus situation, our deliveries have been affected but we continually check with our ground carrier for updates. Rest assured we will update you on your tracking details as soon as we hear back from our carrier." I even got a tracking number. Since then the tracking information on USPS' website says that the package is: "On Its Way to USPS". I sent them another email on 6/22 to cancel my order and never received an answer.

Placed order on 4/23 #S0597263 on 5/15 received email that order was being prepared for shipment and that I would receive tracking number. Still have not received anything nor any tracking number. I have sent 2 emails no response. Tried calling not accepting phone calls I can see why with all the complaints. Will be contacting American Express and Better Business Bureau.

Ordered some lights and they did not arrive. They will not give a refund because I didn’t take out ‘shipping insurance’. I mean what a joke!!! Clearly the £10 I paid for shipping means nothing!!

This is a scam. I ordered my lights on April 2020. It is now the end of June & I’m still waiting. Emailed them a number of times. No response. Buyer beware....
