This company has failed to deliver the goods paid for. They believe they don’t have any interest once they ship the product.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS COMPANY AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING.

After making several purchases, I realized this company sells products made in China 🇨🇳. I’m a Vietnam vet and a strong advocate for ALL Americans to ONLY purchase American made products. Between the trade wars with China, the abhorrent treatment of Chinese citizens and the outrageous invasion of immigrants from our southern border who are seeking to take American jobs, it’s more important than ever that ALL Americans lock in to purchasing ONLY American made products.

these EBULBS are a joke i bought 9 of them and none are working so i called customer service they sent me 9 more that also dont work stay away from this SCAM

I love the concept of this light. The fact that you can use it as an everyday light bulb but then turns in to a battery powered back up is a great feature. The light is soft enough that it doesn't stick out among other bulbs and you can put it in a location thats easy to access in case a power outage occurs. What a great idea, I would definitely highly recommend it.

Refused to exchange 8 bulbs I purchased as it’s past 30 days, although I tried to email them numerous times regarding the matter with no return email/response! BEWARE

Same as everyone else...bought 12 bulbs for Christmas, NONE so far have worked off the lamps or in the hanging socket. Zero response to call or email in a week. Refund clock starts the day you purchase them so by the time they get to you there's only a week or two to verify they work...who is doing that during the holidays with travel and waiting for people to open gifts? I saw someone else had a lawyer so we all need to jump onto a class action lawsuit.

Of my 2 bulbs one works great and I love it. The other does not charge at all. Have tried to get customer service to no avail. This was a gift, my Aunt bought 8, gave me two. One of hers works, so that's 2 out of 8 working bulbs.
They still work as ordinary light bulbs, so I guess that's something, but the company should be ashamed of their service, and I note that all of the good reviews are posted ahead of the poor ones. I'll see where mine ends up.

The company sent me the wrong order and when I called them, (An agent in the Philippines) told me to send them a photograph of the wrong items. I told that was not possible because the lights were 200 miles away at my other home. I still haven't heard a word back from anyone. I'm very disappointed. They have no idea how the hug the customer. If I ran either of my businesses like these people, I'd be out of business.

My wife bought 4 of these bulbs and none of them worked when the power went out. They did work upon reciept with the screw on switch when we recieved them but that was several months ago. Great idea if they worked but not from these people. If your going to get some, buy them from someplace else.

Be sure to test the bulbs. After charging 15 bulbs only 6 worked.

I bought a double order of these bulbs. Gave one to two friends, although it's been awhile, we had one in a lamp, and when The time came, finally we had a power outage, the bulb was worthless. Put a new bulb in, and charging it 8 hrs in lamp, now.
As far as.my experience goes, I would NOT recommend them. I now have 3 or 4 of these bulbs sitting in a cupboard!

I ordered 4 bulbs around 1 month ago and since I can't go around in the dark when the lights go out for anything since I am a senior with limited walking ability, I have had nothing but trouble getting evening 1 bulb to light with power shortages. I have called them several times and no callback. These bulbs cost me $68.00 and it would be nice if something is done. Must have been a bad batch. please respond see_jet I have my receipt

The bulbs are great but their business practices are not. I wanted 4 bulbs and they added 6 more to my order. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford $125 worth of bulbs! i tried to contact them but my email was rejected.

Absolutely awful customer service, took my money , lost the order , cancelled order and won’t refund
And then don’t reply to emails

Do not do business with this company. All of their good reviews must be fake. No one I know has had any satisfaction from Boundery.com.

I purchased 4 bulbs 10/28..Order #S25205.
They all work in lamps but when you put the clip on none of them work. These were all charged 8 hrs in lamps. I have called, emailed, and sent a video but still Boundery has not offered solution. I suggested and wanted to send back the bulbs so they would know they did not work but they told me not to and send video instead, which I did. The customer service no. (877) 264-4787 is also a scam...no one ever answers or calls you back. I have lawyer and have contacted BBB......if Boundery needs to continue as a business....they need to be able to stand by their products if they don't work. I will continue to share my experience and legal avenues unless they contact me with suggestion to make this customer satisfied.....(which probably not gonna happen).

Purchased 8 bulbs, gave 4 to a friend, 2 of hers did not hold a charge, 2 of my 4 bulbs did not hold a charge, going to call bank to reverse charges. I ordered the bulbs, received them 3 weeks later, warranty starts day of order, not on delivery. Have another friend who ordered 8 bulbs, 7 of her bulbs did not hold a charge. Not worth the money or time or headache!! Don't waste your money!!

SCAM Bought 4 bulbs charged 8 hours, none work, contacted Boundery, talked to me a few times, then stopped talking.
no refund!! Sent 4 products that don’t work! Stole my money!

Boundery service is TERRIBLE! Although the package tracking showed my purchase was delivered, I reported that I never received it. They replied that unless I purchased Shipping Insurance, they had no responsibility for items once it left their facility for shipping. WTH kind of underhanded practice is that? They directed ME to file a claim directly with the shipper. On the shipper's website they posted that their policy regarding the filing of claims is between them and account holder and in order for me to file a claim, I need to have the account holder assign their rights to me. I'm sure with these ridiculous hoops to jump through, Boundery has ended up with a substantial amount of unrefunded money from trusting customers like myself who got screwed because it's not worth the hassle! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
