Terrible experience. Should give them zero star .The dress looked nothing like the picture, felt cheap, and was badly made. Even the size was completely wrong. When I asked for a return, they tried to push store credit, then later offered only a partial refund, saying returns must go to China. Their website says returns go to the Netherlands, but once I mentioned that, they stopped responding. I didn’t got my refund . I don’t recommend buying from them.it look like they scam people …

The dress arrived, looked nothing like the picture, was made from cheap polyester material, threads coming out of the seams. The size was huge, too. I contacted them for a return, they came back with an offer of store credit. I looked on their website and honestly could not find anything I liked, so insisted on the return and refund. They came back with offer of a partial refund, explained that the return is costly as it must come back to China. I pointed out that their website indicated a return address in the Netherlands, so the item should be returned there. They disappeared and ceased all communication. Luckily I managed to raise a dispute through by credit card provider and received a refund.

Stay away from this brand, they mis-sell and give false advertising and it s impossible to return things.

Fraudulent company! Returns of the lowest quality garage imaginable (which is what you will receive) must be shipped to China. Never buy anything from this company!

This service is absolutely awful, I have tried on several occasions to request a return label in order to return the items ordered. I have yet to receive a response to my emails and have found the lack of support extremely frustrating and disappointing.

No problem with shipping or delivery time. However the product I received was atrocious. The only similarity to what I paid for was the colour. Fabric extremely cheap and is pilling even before opening the bag. Seams are sewn inside out, pockets are just folded fabric and no functioning. Zipper is sewn on poorly. Never again. This is not even wearable. Lowest rating available from me.

They steal videos from honest merchants and advertise them at ridiculous prices.
They charge cash on delivery, but when you open the package, you're greeted with unsavory Chinese rags. Then they disappear and never respond.

Stay away from Quebec elegance…Policy states that cancellation can be made within 24 hours. Not true. Sizes are inaccurate. Returns are costly and difficult. Do not shop on this site. Offer 10% refund and give product to charity…ludicrous.

I had to give one star to write a review. I have been trying to return my dresses and given the run around. The fabric is cheap, and poorly made. They do not fit. I never thought to check reviews from a company unknown to me, my big mistake. First I was asked in one email to identify the dresses I was returning, then they would send me the return details. I did that. Next email they said, I could keep the dresses and they would give me 10% off and a 20$ gift card towards the next purchase. I responded no, why would I want dresses that don’t fit, they also said I would have to pay for the return. No problem I told them. I waited a few more days, no contact. I contacted them and firmly requested the return information. The last email today, repeated the 10% off, that it would be easier for me, as well they are going against their initial policy of no returns or exchanges. I just sent them a scathing email. I have also contacted PAYPAL , who I paid through. They are reviewing. As of right now, I have 3 dresses I can not wear. And no dress to wear to the event I’m attending, since my money is tied up in these dresses.
Also this company is not in Montreal, I believe they are in China. They are fraudulently misleading customers.
In all my many on line purchases I have never had any problems. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE MISLEADING AND SELL POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH!

Do not buy from this company. The return policy and company location (Montreal) are misleading and deceptive. I bought a jacket that is too small, despite ordering one size larger than I normally wear. Impossible to return for exchange to larger size.

I purchased 5 items and attempted to return 3 as quality and fitting was not satisfactory. Much smaller than advertised. It took several emails to get a return label to ship to China. Obviously not a Canadian company as advertised. It cost me $80 in tracked shipping. Was sent August 29 and still nothing! I emailed company and no response! Do not buy anything from them if you think you can easily return garbage.

This is a total scam. They advertise themselves as being a Canadian high-end company carrying genuine leather items.
Then when you place an order, you can see the items originate from China and when you receive them, they are cheap junk that you can't give away. They are definitely NOT leather.
If you try to return them, they tell you they have be returned within 30 days and you have to pay for the courier to ship them all the way back China.
There should be consumer protection against this kind of fraud!!

Ordered the dress through Pinterest cheap material poorly made they answered my emails for refund sent me the return forms I did everything they told me to do sent it back at my own cost I am still waiting for a refund please don't order from this company and they have stopped advertising on Pinterest

I received a defective pant. The pant was also not the same as what was advertised on their website. Website states free returns for defective items. Sent photos to them with my refund request. Company’s first reply is that they have sent the replacement. And they stated there are no free returns. I sent them a page from their website that states the free returns. I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company. You are going to be scammed. After I received my purchase I did some research. They state they are Canadian based yet head office is in Holland and items come from China. Emails have a male Scandinavian name yet they are signed by ‘Jenny’. The product is cheaply made, their sizes are off and the pant was short. Check reviews on any online purchases.

These people are crooks. They are presented under the name of other stores such as "Noir Calgary". Their products are of very poor quality.

Do not buy from this company- item never received and no refund given despite emails demanding refund of my money paid.
Realise I have been scammed

DO NOT ORDER from these people. Their size chart first of all is incorrect. The products all come from China. Although they give you the return address on their ‘website’ Quebec Elegance knows full well people won’t return because the shipping price is nearly the cost OR MORE of their order. So Quebec Elegance knows full well you will be ‘stuck’ with a cheap product or INCORRECT order.

Please do NOT order from this company. The name is false. It’s not London, elegant or a boutique. It’s cheap unwearable rubbish. I was bailed out by PayPal ( thank you PP) and would love to know how I can avoid such deception in the future

I would give it minus if I could. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as they are all correct. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I thought I was ordering from an English company but they are not, the item took ages to arrive and when it did it was not as described. When I tried to send it back I never got a reply to say how to do this despite several attempts at contacting them! STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Never received updates on product arrival not notice it would be arriving. No proof of delivery and now not replying to my emails requesting a refund.
